The second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a bunk bed with two full-size beds. The third bedroom also features a king-size memory foam bed.

There are two full bathrooms in the home, each stocked with essentials. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. The primary bathroom also includes a double sink, offering convenience for larger groups.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need, including a gas range and a Keurig Duo Coffeemaker (both single-serve pod and carafe). It also features a comprehensive inventory of pots, pans, a blender, and dishes, including kid-friendly plates and bowls.
Savor meals around the stylish table that seats 8, and unwind with before or after-dinner drinks from the bar cart, complete with a full set of barware, a cocktail shaker, champagne flutes, cocktail coupes, and a selection of cocktail books.

Guests staying at this beautifully designed house will have exclusive access to the entire home, including numerous amenities. Unwind and enjoy dinner outside on the deck, or relax in the hot tub. Enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage while chatting and listening to music in the secret Memphis-style speakeasy. There are multiple HDTVs in the home, along with an entertainment system powered by Roku. The property features a digital lock with a unique code for guest access. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway, plus free street parking right in front of the house.

This home is located in midtown Memphis with convenient access to many amenities. A unique door access code will be given to guests prior to their stay. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway, with additional street parking.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet fee

On occasion we may be able to offer early check in. If early check in is available there will be a $30 charge which goes to the cleaners so that they can arrange their schedule on the day of check in. This fee will be charged at the time that early check in is agreed upon and will be in addition to the booking fees already paid.
