Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. We loved staying here! It was clean, the pool was nice, and it’s in a convenient location. Just know that the upstairs and downstairs do not connect on the inside. They have two separate outdoor entrances. We may have overlooked that part while booking. It was still a great place to stay for a large group!

We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the pool a lot! The rental is equipped with anything we needed plus more! The location is great, we were able to walk to beach, shops, and dining! We will stay again and highly recommend!

Home is tucked in quiet street and a short walk to the beach. Pool has a seated ledge which was nice to lounge in the pool. Patio area with fans kept the bugs away.

We recently stayed at this beach house and had a mixed experience. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and in an amazing location. The layout worked well for our group, and overall the property itself was very nice.Unfortunately, one of the main reasons we booked this home was the pool, and when we arrived, it was green with algae and unusable. We contacted the management company, who said they had called the pool company, but after speaking with the pool company ourselves on Thursday, we learned they had not received a call. Once notified, they treated the pool, but we had to wait another 24 hours before it was safe to use. The management company did provide a 500 refund, which we appreciated.The downstairs unit also had a strong musty odor that lingered on our belongings even after returning home. Additionally, during rainstorms, windows in both the downstairs bedroom and sitting area leaked.While we appreciated the refund and enjoyed the home and location, communication and responsiveness from the management company were disappointing. At times, it felt like we were getting the runaround when trying to resolve issues. Overall, the property was great, but based on our experience, I'm not sure I would rent another beach house managed by this company.

I’m glad the home, layout, and location worked well for your group — and I’m very sorry the stay was marred by the pool, odor, leaks, and the communication issues you described. Regarding the pool: you were right to expect it ready on arrival. WE do apologize for teh pool issues , this is nevery anythign we want our guestst to experience. We reviewed the situation with our vendor and I’m glad the $500 refund helped, and I apologize for the interruption to your plans. For the downstairs musty odor and the leaking windows: we have scheduled a professional moisture/odor inspection and deep cleaning for the downstairs unit, and maintenance has assessed the windows to repair seals and flashing where needed to prevent future leaks. We will follow up until those issues are resolved. We hope you will stay with us again! Sun Palace Vacations Finally, I’m sorry our communication felt like a runaround. We reviewed our response process, retrained staff on escalation and guest updates, and implemented clearer follow-up procedures so guests receive timely, accurate information. If you’re willing to share any additional details about the timing or the areas affected, please send them via your Vrbo message so we can make sure everything is fully addressed. Overall, this property was as advertised. There was a strong moth ball smell in the lower level, and while it never went away, the property managers did try to fix it by sending us a dehumidifier. Check in was a little confusing, as they didn’t tell us how to get into the upstairs portion, but a phone call fixes that. The response time was very quick.
