Welcome to 239 Delmar Avenue. The FMB FARMHOUSE! This is a brand new three-bedroom, two-bath private home with heated swimming pool, hot tub, enclosed garage, and luxurious furnishings that is close to the beach and conveniently located at the northern end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Delmar at the deeded beach access right across Estero Blvd. A short 3-4 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Be close to all the action of Times Square here. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals will soon be back, and are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. You can explore a variety of eateries that are starting to open after hurricane Ian. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Amenities of this vacation destination include heated swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower poolside, complimentary WIFI/streaming TV, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, private laundry, and all the towels and linens you'll need during your stay. There is ample off-street parking, with 2 enclosed garage stalls, and 2 outdoor spaces.

Such an amazing house to stay in for Thanksgiving week! The pool and hot tub were amazing and a great way to end the day after spending the mornings at the beach. Everything we could’ve needed was there; bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The beach was about a 5 minute walk away, and the downtown was easily walkable in 15 minutes. Greg is a great host and was super responsive if we had any questions. Thank you so much!

Love the FMB Farmhouse. We had a great weekend stay in For Myers Beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and the whole house is in great condition. Pool and hot tub were a perfect retreat after spending the day at the beach. Property is in a great location close enough to the restaurants to have lots of options but also quiet enough to relax. Beach was an easy walk with everything we needed for the beach provided. Host was great to work with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic week at the FMB Farmhouse!

We've stayed at several VRBO's in the past few years and more than a few in FMB. This property was one of yhe nicest, cleanest and newest we've rented. Everything matched the description. Owner was easy to contact and accomodated anything we needed. We will rent this one again!

If you go, you have to stay at the Farm House

This was an annual family vacation over Christmas. We have stayed at many VRBO properties. This by far was one of the most enjoyable properties we have stayed at. Greg the host went above an beyond to make sure our stay was all that it was expected to be. We made a couple of request before we checked in and they were done!!! If you have a chance, stay at this property, you will not be disappointed. I guarantee it!!!! Fort Myers Beach is doing the best they can and have come a long way since the hurricane demolished the town. We are so glad we made this trip and the property was something special.

Great new property, highly recommend

We have been coming to FMB for over twenty years, typically staying at our parents condo. Since the hurricane, the condo is not ready for guests yet, but this house was a great substitute. It is new and very clean. The location is just minutes off the beach on a nice quiet street. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella are provided when you want to go to the beach, and pool toys for your pool days. The owner is quick to respond to any needs and good at communicating all the information you need for your stay. There was plenty of room for our seven guests. Also very nice kitchen with everything you want for making meals.

Very Pleased/Highly Recommend

We were very pleased with our recent experience! The property is just a short walk to the beach and has a nice hot tub and heated pool. The outdoor shower made cleaning up from a day at the beach so easy. The house is new, very clean and gives relaxing vibes which is a must when you are on vacation! There is a grocery store minutes from the property but the property manager had most the essential items you would need. The property manager was very organized, easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we were happy during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again when we return. Highly recommend.

Would stay at this property again!!

Everything was amazing!! Owner communication was fast and friendly. I love the Farmhouse feel when being at the beach!! I would rent this place again!! Plenty of beach chairs, wagon and pool toys. Very nice outdoor areas to enjoy with family if you do not want to go to the beach. My children enjoyed the pool area. The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s a short walk to the beach!!

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE!!!

This is by far the best experience we have ever had at a VRBO! I am a clean freak and this place was spotless! Greg was so easy to work with! He didn't charge extra for anything. He asked what temp we wanted the house, pool, and spa, and everything was ready when we arrived! He even let us use his golf cart! The garage was fully stocked with beach supplies and a cart for getting to and from the beach. It was an incredible stay, and we will definitely be back!!!

Amazing Property

This house was a 10/10- one of the best we have ever rented! It's clean, beautiful, has very comfortable beds, kid friendly and is fully stocked with everything you and your guests would need. Walking distance from the beach and has a pool + spa on property (heated). Greg was very responsive and a great host. My family and I will be back :)

Brand new and amazing location!

Better than the pictures and amazing location! This place is brand new, immaculate, and has a ton of natural light. We were pleasantly surprised with the thought and detail put into the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom items--more than we would expect from a typical short term rental. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for the afternoon sun. Greg was an extremely responsive and accommodating host and we would highly recommend staying here!
