The open living area is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after long days. The layout flows naturally into the kitchen and dining space, making it easy to cook, share meals, or simply enjoy a quiet evening in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including generous counter space and a large island with seating. An in home washer and dryer make longer stays and busy days that much easier.

The home features two bedrooms designed for flexibility. The primary bedroom is calm and restful with plenty of storage, while the second bedroom with bunk beds works well for children, teens, or additional guests. The bathroom is clean, well maintained, and easy to access from anywhere in the home.

You will have plenty of on site parking and convenient access to nearby destinations, including World Equestrian Center Ocala, HITS, and local barns. If you are here to explore, Rainbow Springs, Devil’s Den, and Cedar Lakes are all within easy reach, offering beautiful spots for swimming, tubing, diving, and enjoying Florida’s natural surroundings.

The location in town while very convenient is in an area that appears somewhat unsafe. I did not experience any safety issues. The surrounding area appears less than ideal. The house was very clean. A/C worked well. Nice, large, open kitchen/breakfast/family room. The door lock from the outside to gain entry and lock upon leaving was kind of a challenge and needs a little finagling to make it work properly.

We chose this area for its easy access to the highway and close proximity to WEC Ocala, HITS, and local cross country venues. It is also convenient to both Gainesville and Ocala for shopping and everyday needs. We also enjoy being within reach of Cedar Key and Rainbow Springs for day trips and time outdoors. What we appreciate most about Williston is how quiet and relaxed it is. It offers a slower pace that makes it easy to unwind at the end of the day.
