Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedroom/2 bathroom -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 pull out Queen sleeper sofa (in living room) and 2 Twin pull out beds (arm chair in each bedroom opens to small Twin bed suitable for children) (sleeps up to 6 adults & 2 kids), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, community heated pool, public BBQ grills, on-site coin operated laundry facilities, elevators, multiple on-site restaurants venues, and Bailey's Marketplace (for light grocery needs). No Pets allowed. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people (6 adults & 2 kids). This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
Smoking is PROHIBITED (including e-cigs/vaping) inside the condo as well as on the outdoor lanai, no exceptions!

The property was very nice. It was also nice to have chairs and an umbrella with a cart available for us to use on the beach. The condo pool was heated so that was nice. The only issue we had was the unit above us was being worked on and they would come in the evening and work until late. It was either that or a very noisy family above. Communication with the rental company before getting there was not the greatest. I had questions and concerns about being able to use the resort amenities and they weren’t really answered. As it worked out we were ok with not having the use of the resort amenities.It was shrugged off like they didn’t really read my question and didn’t have the time to respond to me. I also did not like you do not pay through VRBO. You pay the rental company and they charge you extra if you pay by credit card. They only honor price if you pay by check. This is NOT mentioned in the listing before renting. Only after renting do you find this out. They also had someone come and put in a keyless lock entry while we were there and that was a little frustrating as I wasn’t comfortable leaving all our things there with someone we didn’t know. So we did wait until he was done to leave. The one lady I did speak with at time of arrival was very nice. She ended up leaving the key at the resort since we were not getting in until late late so we didn’t have to make a separate stop at the office to get the key. Overall it was a nice experience and we would stay again.
