Ubicado en el centro de la isla en Sanibel Surfside, en el corazón de la isla de Sanibel, cerca de playas cubiertas de conchas, kilómetros de senderos para bicicletas y tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Al ingresar al condominio, se lo recibe con un amplio plano de planta abierto que combina la sala de estar y el comedor y el espacio compartido de la cocina. Sus ojos se verán inmediatamente atraídos por el hermoso telón de fondo de la playa y el brillante Golfo de México en la distancia cercana.

Stunning views from this second floor apartment. Step right off the elevator and into the condo where you open the door and are immediately greeted to a gorgeous view of the gulf. The condo is well appointed and brand new. It had almost everything you could think of, and then some. Only downside to the kitchen, was that it had so many bowls, plates and appliances in the closets, we had no place to store our groceries! The premises are still a work in progress. While were there, the pool was out of order (you can use the neighboring property's pool) and they were burying cable wires. There also is no boardwalk walkway to the beach so your feet stay sandy to and from the Gulf. Due to no fault of the property owner's but the no-seeums were out and about and got us on the private lanai as well. Stock up on big spray prior to departure... But this condo is a 10/10

Great Condo

Great Condo!! Pros: view is great, very clean(this is a big deal to me), beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked kitchen, quiet area and nice pool. Cons: we could have used some plastic containers for our left overs, the noseeum bugs are no joke, make sure you take bug spray and some recommended baby oil to create a barrier, they were out and biting at dawn and dusk so that kept us inside and not walking the beach which was a bummer! Otherwise a great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The lanai that stretches across the living room and master bedroom is very nice. We spent quite a bit of time in the comfy chairs just watching the ocean which really is steps away. The pictures accurately depict the unit. The sound of the waves at night is very relaxing. The unit was very well stocked and in good condition. We bicycled (rented from Billys) a lot during our stay. The pool was the perfect temp and we enjoyed the shuffle board while we bbq'd. We would definitely go back.

Perfect Location, Nice Place

The location of this condo can't be beat and the view from the porch was incredible. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning with some coffee and at night with a cocktail!! The unit itself is nice but a bit dated. The mattresses were too hard for our liking and a few rusted/older things that if replaced would go a long way (beach chairs and lint catcher in the dryer - which is broken and rusted). Sanibel vacations was easy to work with and very nice. Overall, a few updates would take a nice place and make it awesome!!!
