Stunning views from this second floor apartment. Step right off the elevator and into the condo where you open the door and are immediately greeted to a gorgeous view of the gulf. The condo is well appointed and brand new. It had almost everything you could think of, and then some. Only downside to the kitchen, was that it had so many bowls, plates and appliances in the closets, we had no place to store our groceries! The premises are still a work in progress. While were there, the pool was out of order (you can use the neighboring property's pool) and they were burying cable wires. There also is no boardwalk walkway to the beach so your feet stay sandy to and from the Gulf. Due to no fault of the property owner's but the no-seeums were out and about and got us on the private lanai as well. Stock up on big spray prior to departure... But this condo is a 10/10

Our only complaint was the mattresses - very hard, creaked loudly with movement, and uncomfortable. The building is in a great location but is older and the grounds consist of mostly paved driveway, rather than grass. The pool faces the driveway.

Lovely Place! Bad bed.

We love Sanibel Surfside and am pretty sure we have stayed in this unit on previous visits. The unit is spotless, nicely decorated, with a gorgeous ocean view. The only reason I gave a 4 is the master bed is hard, creaky and needs to be replaced. Sleep is so important to my husband and me on vacation and it was less than optimal. Otherwise we would go back without thinking as it is a very nice rental.

Excellent location directly on the beach

The location is perfect if you want easy beach access and a wonderful view. The condo looks just like the pictures online. Comfortable and spacious with lovely beach decor. Everything you need for a fun beach vacation.

Great location

This was a great location right on the beach and close to the pool. Parking was a bit confusing as it was raining and hard to see number markings when we arrived. And our spot was flooded most days we were there. Close to restaurants and shops! Master bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable but it was only for a week. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Great location!

We had a great experience on Sanibel. This property is located beach front and we enjoyed evenings on the lanai. Upon arrival the property was clean and ready for use. Beach chairs and umbrellas were included and appreciated. The property manager was prompt in responding to questions and the checkin process was easy. The only suggestion is an upgrade to the mattress in the main suite which was a little firm.

Very large patio was great for relaxing in shade. Also nice to have beach amenities for use including chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Rented bikes and paddle boards for the week through SBL. They were in great condition and SBL delivered and picked up. Highly recommend staying here and definitely will be back!
