LIVING & SLEEPING AREA: * Unwind on the very comfortable queen bed, dressed in luxury linens. * Relax in the cozy seating nook with a marble-top table and two striking blue velvet chairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a meal. * Enjoy your favorite shows on the 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Disney+. * Stay comfortable year-round with the split system air-conditioning unit. * A storage closet is available to unpack and make yourself at home. KITCHEN & LAUNDRY: * Our compact and contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with glossy white cabinets, a stainless steel refrigerator, and an oven. * Start your day with a fresh coffee from the Nespresso machine. * For your convenience, the unit also includes an in-unit washer-dryer machine. OUTDOOR SPACE & EXTRAS: * Enjoy some fresh air on the private balcony, complete with a table and stools. * Beach towels are provided for your trips to the shore. A trip to Sydney CBD (Circular Quay / CBD) usually takes ~10–15 min depending on traffic. * **Sound Insulation:** Our studio is located on Old South Head Road, the main road in Rose Bay. To ensure a comfortable stay, the apartment is fitted with high-quality double-glazed windows for excellent sound insulation, a rare feature in the area.
