The Space:

There’s a round marble-topped dining table for 4 people, a 3 seater sofa and 2 occasional chairs, a banquette/coffee table, smart TV and a rug for winter comfort. A mirrored wall gives the illusion of space while reflecting a set of huge picture windows that showcase a stunning view of Sydney Harbour. A glass door leads out to a covered balcony with the same breathtaking harbour views. Back inside the apartment, to the right of the front door you’ll find the kitchen featuring marble benchtops and stylish gold-coloured metal cabinetry. There’s an integrated Miele dishwasher, double sink, 4-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave, family-sized integrated fridge/freezer with ice maker and a dedicated wine fridge. Other kitchen cupboards house a Miele washing machine and separate Miele clothes dryer. A large kitchen window offers an expansive view of Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
The apartment’s bedroom has a king-sized bed facing floor-to ceiling glass windows with those glorious harbour views, along with a glass door leading out to the balcony. Block-out curtains control the light flow for sleep-ins. Behind the bed you’ll find a huge walk-in wardrobe, at the end of which is another window offering sweeping views of the eastern suburbs. The apartment’s bathroom exudes opulence, with a marble topped sink, marble heated flooring, a roomy shower with a frameless glass screen and heated towel rack.
