House was clean and nice and big. We absolutely loved the outdoor area and the fenced in dog area. We really enjoyed our stay.We do recommend fixing bed in master bedroom due to it being super hard and replacing furniture in the livingroom that was broken down and uncomfortable for those with back issues. All and all we enjoyed our time there and spent a great deal of time at the house and outside.

Had a great 4 night visit with our daughter. Only complaint was the beds were a little hard for our liking, but that’s a personal preference. Overall everything was great. Nice roomy house with a nice outdoor area. Quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and grocery store options

Stacy was a responsive and friendly host. I appreciate her and her place. The house was in a good location as it was a good hub to many other places around. The house is spacious and had anything you could need. My 11 & 1 year old really enjoyed the house and so did I. Though we didn't have the chance to use it, the outdoor space was great. We will definitely consider staying there again!

The kitchen was stalked with all of the equipment we required for our stay. All appliances were in working order. We did not care for the television features, there was no cable and the TV features were all streaming. The living room furniture was dated and not very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress & springs were on an old waterbed frame which was difficult to get into because of the height. It was very close to our children and grandchildren as well as other shopping and restaurants. Ideal for us and our family.

The master bedroom bed is only a couple years old it’s not a waterbed. It’s new style furniture with storage beneath. Also there are no springs/boxsprings. Pictured. The mattress was purchased 2025.

Just an okay stay

This would have been an amazing stay had we all been comfortable on which we slept. All beds besides the twin beds were hard and way too stiff to sleep comfortable. My husband slept on the couch which sunk in horribly. The back door handle fell off when i tried to open it. The hot water was so difficult in one bathroom that we all used the hallway bath in order to shower. Over all the house is very spacious and beautiful but for the cost of 4 days there needs to be some maintenance performed. We would stay again if those simple changes are made. Still a beautiful home

We just recently replaced the queen mattress and two full size and received plenty of compliments, it’s difficult to compliment all sleep styles. We fix the door handle you broke. Also replaced the blanket you ruined. The hot water issue was the tankless water heater installed without the inline heating element. It’s been installed. We plan to increase the nightly rate. Thanks for your reservation.

Spacious home in great location

While there was a slight miscommunication, Stacy was very responsive and quick to rectify the situation. The home easily accommodated our party of 8 overnight, plus our Marines and their spouses for Thanksgiving dinner. The location was ideal and just a few short minutes away from base. It is in a quiet neighborhood and offers a fun outdoor entertainment area. We would recommend and would stay at this property again.

This home is lovely on a very large. We liked that the living room and family rooms were separated from one another. All appliances worked well and there was plenty space for when our local family came for dinner. Miss Stacy was prompt in responding to any questions we had. Visit to our Marine

This was a family trip to visit our Marine stationed in Jacksonville. The house accommodated our party of 9 well. Everything was in close proximity to the house, including restaurants, stores and the Marine bases. Only a couple minor issues which we reported to the host to make her aware. Our host applied very promptly when we contacted her. Would stay there again.
