Enjoy our three-story townhouse that sits on the Bay. You can sit on the second-floor deck or sit in the living room and enjoy the waterfront view. Lay in the master bedroom or sit on the third floor deck and enjoy an awesome sunrise view of the bay. Enjoy watching movies on two 65-inch televisions and 50-inch televisions in your bedrooms. You can enjoy the quiet neighborhood while swinging on the first-floor porch swing

The house fix our needs for a quick weekend getaway to see our Marine at Camp Lejeuene. The house was cozy - but had a few items that needed to be updated. The shower on the 2nd floor was better than the master bath shower. Kitchen was stocked nicely - however you couldn’t use the toaster oven because the grate was missing. It could use some updated pans and a few other kitchen utensils. But for our short stay - what was there was enough. I would stay here again next time I come down for a quick visit. Location was great - and it’s a pretty view from the master bedroom balcony. Check in was very easy! . Stairs to get to the front door a little scary to navigate -step and the wood looked like it needed to be tested. Host was very nice and gave us some suggestion on local places to eat.

Work retreat

A group of teachers get together to conduct a SIT retreat, and as a change of scenery, we chose this condo. It was very nice, and very well kept! The host was very helpful, and courteous! Would stay here again!

AC went kerplunk

The property was lovely and the view was so very nice. Our only trouble came our second day when the AC went kerplunk. Unfortunately, it was a hot weekend and the condo became hot really quick. The owner was very gracious and came quickly to help and offered to send us to a hotel, but it was already late in the day and we had to leave the next day so we opted to stay and tough it out for the evening. It was a disappointing time for our family weekend, because of the excessive heat inside, but the unit was nice and we would rent again since this wasn’t anything that could have been helped.

Graduation from Lejeune HS

Seven of us stayed at this amazing 3-story townhouse for my niece's graduation. My in-laws stayed on the 3rd floor King bedroom with my uncle in-law occupying the queen sized bed. My husband and myself stayed on the main floor with the sofa bed, and our teenagers stayed in the basement with the bunk beds. There was ample space and 3 full baths as well as 2 portable cots. The townhouse was clean, smelled fresh and decorated well. The view from the main floor as well as the 3rd floor showed the beautiful river, boats, birds and waterways. The TVS were huge and provided WIFI and cable. We were there mostly to visit family and to sleep and did not spend very much time in the unit. There was a beautiful downtown area, Kettle Diner, Catholic Church and many amenities nearby. We enjoyed the space and the host, Brian, was very easy to communicate with.

Clean, spacious, 10 min from Camp Geiger Gate.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen has all the basics plus a few. Fridge has lots of room. We made almost all of our meals during our 5 days. It doesnt have enough dining seating with a full house, but we adjusted. Full bath on each level was great. Nice to have 2 common rooms on different levels. We had 3 very rainy days so young and older (age range from 18-72 yrs) could hang out separately and enjoy the time. Thank you for a very nice stay.
