PROPERTY:
Each villa in the community features a unique stone animal artwork on the facade - a decorative symbol that also helps with orientation. Clear house number signs are additionally installed for easy navigation.

Villa Layout:

First floor - 2 large, luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is a cozy bedroom with a separate bathroom and a terrace. Bedroom 2 has an option of twin beds or kingsize bed, a laundry, and a unique courtyard with BBQ area.

Second floor - living room, with well equipped kitchen, spacious sofa, a guest bathroom (cabinet), and a relaxation area with a pool and panoramic views of the island's main attractions! And a third bedroom or could be office.

Please note that there are a few construction sites nearby. Structural works have already been completed, and the construction is not very noisy.

The main entrance is equipped with a smart electronic lock. Before your arrival, we will generate a personal access code, allowing you to check in independently and at your convenience.

The villa is thoughtfully planned to provide maximum comfort, privacy and functional zoning for all guests.

2 master bedrooms, and 1 cabinet/guest bedroom. Clean towels, and new linens.
Fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, dishes, and essentials).
Coffee machine for convenient coffee making at home.

The villa is located in a premium area.
No noise restrictions apply after 10:00 PM.
Smoking is prohibited in the villa.
We ask that guests respect their neighbors and adhere to the community rules.

Eco-friendly policy

Water is included, and electricity is also included based on an average usage of 200 THB per day. This amount is more than enough for normal, comfortable use.
If the total amount is higher, we kindly ask guests to cover the difference.

Please turn off the air conditioners and water when you leave the villa.
