This rambling five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home offers a memorable escape just steps from iconic local landmarks like the famous Brewster General Store and is less than a mile from the stunning coastline, with the extremely desirable Breakwater Beach easily accessible via paved sidewalks perfect for walking or biking.

Situated on a large, idyllic plot with a spacious yard, the exterior includes a charming side deck off the kitchen, complete with an outdoor grill for summer barbecues, and an enclosed outdoor shower—a Cape Cod necessity for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Inside, the home is filled with character and thoughtful decor, featuring a lovely sun room with large, bright windows, a formal dining room, and a cozy living room.

The versatile layout is perfect for large families or groups, offering a first-floor bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom/half bath, while the second floor hosts the master retreat with a King bed, a room with a Full-size bed, a room with a Queen bed, and a large bunk room with three Twin beds for children, supported by two additional full bathrooms.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
