This is a wonderful home with a perfect layout for our family of 5. It was within walking distance of Paine's Creek, the Bay (including the amazing Brewster Flats), seafood, coffee and shopping. The home had multiple outdoor spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living spaces were ideally suited to a relaxing vacation. Jessica was a very responsive host and we would highly recommend this property!

Perfect in every way!

We had a fantastic getaway in this beautiful home with an amazing location. Close to beaches, great golf and plenty of seafood. The house was very clean and had everything in it that we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and stress free. Jess was a great host and although we did not need anything during our stay, she was great with communication as we were preparing for our trip and when we just double checked on some things about check out. We will definitely return to this home the next time we visit the Cape. Highly recommend!

A great time was had!

We came as a family to enjoy the peace and calm that is Cape Cod. Our accommodations certainly played into this scenario. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and so well situation - just steps from the ocean. The owners were very gracious and only a text away when we had questions. We certainly hope to be able to enjoy this location another year.

Beautiful house - perfect location

What a terrific house! It had everything we needed, and the location just could not be beat (amazing sunsets, and the flats and calm waters of the bay were so relaxing)! We loved the spacious sunny rooms and how the house was laid out. Loved that upstairs balcony for coffee in the morning!! Note that you need to bring our own sheets & towels (we would have forgotten if it wasn’t for a helpful reminder email from the host a few days before our arrival). Highly recommend!

Paradise on the cape

This home is truly extraordinary. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and has the best proximity to the the most beautiful beaches and tidal flats in the Cape. We stayed with 2 young children and had everything we needed. We enjoyed incredible sunsets from the side porch, boogie boarding when the tide was in, tide pool exploring when the tide went out and crab catching on the little bridge all within steps of the house. This house made for the vacation of a lifetime, I cannot recommend it enough!

Wonderful Paine's Creek Beach Escape!

Beautiful property with amazing ocean views and quick walk to the beach over the dunes. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, 2 new bathrooms, WiFi worked well and kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed a 3 day weekend in October with 6 adults and everyone had a great time. The host Jess was easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and for the check-in. Would not hesitate to rent this home again!

Great Experience at Paine's Creek

We had a great experience. My wife and I along with three adult children found the house to be perfect for our needs. It was very roomy; it was clean and well laid out. The location was great with just a short, easy walk to the water. The house was well equipped and Jessica was great in letting us use some of her beach toys. Jessica and Mark were very helpful with anything we needed, both prior to he rental and while we were there. We had only one small electrical issue and Mark was over in less than five minutes to fix it. Prior to renting we debated between the ocean side or bay side and are very glad we chose the bay side. We will definitely be back next summer.

Paines Creek Perfection

This house is the perfect location to get the best of the Cape Cod Bay! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and the property fit our family needs very well. The new bathrooms were lovely but everyone’s favorite was of course the outdoor shower! Mark and Jessica were great to communicate with and we look forward to returning!

Perfect vacation spot!

We loved our stay at this property! The location was truly perfect, just as described. Kids and adults alike loved the easy access to the beach and the creek. We spent countless hours hunting for crabs and minnows in the creek with our nets, and loved taking long walks on the tidal flats at low tide. It was magic that both were only 1 block away and we loved how the landscape changed with the ides! We spent every afternoon swimming in Paine's Creek at high tide, and looked forward to easy dinners & ice cream at Kate's Seafood (down the street) and gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. We'd love to stay here every summer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay near Paine's Creek

We enjoyed an excellent stay at Paine's Creek. Jessica made the process easy and was very accessible. The house was impressively very clean and everything was in good working order, including the AC. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are plenty big and have en suite bathrooms and the downstairs bathroom was used primarily for the adjacent bedroom. The views to Cape Cod Bay are good from many rooms of the house, especially the dining room, upstairs study / work from home area and the upstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed having access to the basement from the parking in the driveway. The backyard area is very nice with plenty of seating. There are adjacent neighbors and it was very quiet during our visit. The access trails to the beach are about a 2 minute walk from the house and then about 2 to 3 minute walk on a trail over the dunes. The beach area off the trail access was very private during our stay in early September. It is about a 3 minute walk to the Paine's Creek parking area. The house is not near or on the main access to Paine's beach and is in a quiet neighborhood with essentially no traffic. The Paine's Creek area and tidal flats are really fun to explore, especially with young children.
