Welcome to Birds Perch Bluebird! This 3 bedroom plus bunk-room area, 3 bath, log cabin sleeps 12 and is located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, close to the National Park and Dollywood.
This secluded 2-story, Pet-Friendly cabin features great amenities, including Wifi, hot tub, game room, theater, EV Charger (dual connections: Tesla and J1772), amazing 270 degrees Mountain Views, a large yard with fire pit & outdoor games, parking for up to 10 vehicles, and easy access into the cabin.
You will soon notice all the fine detail throughout this beautiful cabin.

Main Level:
The entry level of the cabin features the living room, kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and access to the yard.
The living room features comfortable seating, including a futon, large HDTV an electric fireplace and access to the deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The over-sized, custom-built dining table seats everyone comfortably.
Under the kitchen counter, a big surprise awaits the kids with the tube-slide going down to the lower level bunk/game area!
The 1st bedroom features a king bed, HDTV and a full bathroom with custom walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom also features a king bed, HDTV and a full bathroom with custom walk-in shower.

From the living room, step out onto the spacious, covered deck with seating and a table where you can enjoy the incredible views.
Just off the deck, in the parking area, is an EV Charger for electric vehicles with dual connections: Tesla and J1772..!

Step out into the spacious yard and gather around the wood-burning fire pit with enough seating for the whole group. The charcoal grill is located nearby for your convenience.
A walkway takes you down towards the lower level with hot tub and more...

Lower Level:
The lower level features a large game area, bunk beds, theater room, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and access to the outdoor amenities.
The large open area features the game room with a variety of games, including a 2-player arcade game, a Yatzy-dice game with life-sized dice, wall-mounted connect 4 game and a wall-mounted tick-tac-toe game.
Just off the game area, and where the tube-slide exits into the room, there are 2 XL twin-over-twin bunkbeds, perfect for the kids.
The theater room offers a large HDTV and custom seating.
The bedroom on this level features a king bed, HDTV and shares the jack-n-jill full bathroom.
The bathroom offers custom furnishings with a walk-in shower.

Step outside and enjoy more outdoor amenities on offer. To the right, there is a walkway with a putt-putt green and a private deck with seating from where you can relax and enjoy the views. To the left, you will find the soothing hot tub where you can relax after a long fun-filled day in the Smokies.
