Rental Agreement:
Please note that by booking the cabin you agree to our house rules and signing of our Rental Agreement. It will be sent in your booking confirmation email for signature. The booking guest is required to sign the Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking. We encourage you to message us if you have any questions about this requirement.

Dogs Welcomed:
We know that pets are cherished members of the family. That's why we welcome your furry companions. However, we ask our guest to follow our house rules. Please review them to confirm they align with you.

Wildlife:
Bear sightings are common when visiting the Great Smoky Mountain National Park area. For your safety, if you see one, please keep your distance, Do Not approach & Do Not feed them. Please do not leave food on the pavilion or deck area. All trash bags should be placed inside the bear-proof bins located on the side of the driveway.

Please be aware that our cabin is in the Great Smoky Mountains, and in spite of regular pest control you may encounter various insects. We ask you keep all doors and windows closed at all times to minimize insects inside the cabin.

No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited INSIDE the cabin. The cabin is equipped with a smoke monitoring device designed to detect cigarette/vape smoke. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the booking and a $500 charge for deep clean.

Firewood:
Firewood and/or charcoal is Not provided. You may purchase firewood and/or charcoal at any nearby store.

Wi-Fi:
Is available; however, connectivity may be impacted given our mountainous surroundings.
