Gran finca rústica Can Nyany Buger en Mallorca

" Ca'n Nyany" es una casa rústica de campo, con estilo mallorquín, en su mayoría de piedra y está situada cerca del pueblo de Búger. Dispone de piscina privada de 10m x 5m y 12 hamacas en las que podrá disfrutar mientras toma el sol. Además, la gran terraza, equipada con cómodos muebles de mimbre y una mesa de comedor de madera maciza, es ideal para comer al aire libre. Su barbacoa en el exterior te permitirá pasar agradables momentos al aire libre en la terraza cubierta, así como el ping-pong con el que podrás desconectar en la zona exterior.



Su interior, conserva el estilo rústico típico mallorquín. Este alojamiento cuenta con capacidad para 12 personas y está distribuido en 6 amplias habitaciones con una decoración cuidada. 3 de las habitaciones cuentan con cama de matrimonio y las otras 3 con dos camas individuales cada una. La cocina, con una larga barra para cocinar cómodamente está totalmente equipada para ofrecerte todo lo necesario durante tu estancia.

Compuesta por 5 baños, tres de ellos con ducha y dos con bañera, además uno de ellos en suite, están equipados con instalaciones modernas.

En la sala de estar, podrás disfrutar de un DVD, TV vía satélite y un ordenador con conexión a internet para momentos de descanso o entretenimiento.

It is as described a rustic farm house in the country. Reasonably close to Búger for bars bakery and small supermarket.The plumbing is also rustic and could be improved in both the hot water and flushing departments.Overall a good place to stay for a family gathering. Plenty of both Indoor and outdoor space. The extra cost for aircon was a bit over the top in excess of 100 for the week,

The house were perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed the vacation all of us. It’s necessary with cars if we want to see other parts of Mallorca.

Family gathering 6 Adults 5 younger

The pool was the star of the show and well used for several hours each day The proximity to the town of Buger was handy for the bakery a small supermarket and the bar at the top of the hill next to the church. The ease of access to beaches and larger supermarkets was a definite plus. There is a wood fired pizza oven so it would have been nice to have a supply of wood. For anyone into baking there is an impressively large wood fired bread oven in the back yard but you would need to be baking in commercial quantities. While the owners were nice people but had virtually no English which was a problem but I guess we should make more effort to learn some Spanish. The plumbing could be better particularly in the flushing department and the hot water was unreliable. Everything else was fine.

Lovely stay with guests from 5 to 75

The welcome was warm and the house spacious, well equipped and very clean. The pool and the flowery garden were much appreciated as well as the large outside dining and seating area.

Perfect for party of 10

Absolutely stunning villa in a perfect location, we had a lovely family holiday on a party of 10 and the villa was clean and very accommodating. The pool was lovely with plenty of shade in the hotter afternoons. Would definitely visit again.

Very enjoyable holiday

We were 3 families that stayed for a week in the property. We really enjoyed our time, with the house being amazing along with the pool. It is out in the country, but thats what we wanted so was perfectly placed for a lovely and relaxing week. The local town of Buger was quiet, but again perfect for us. The Property was very well maintained.

we had a lovely Holliday

There were 12 of us staying at the villa including 5 children, the property is secluded, peaceful and large, we had plenty of space. The outside area and pool was fantastic, lots of outside seating and pool side loungers to relax on. There are orange and lemon trees surrounding the property and local farm animals which the kids loved. Inside the property there were ample bedrooms to accommodate our large party. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials like salt, pepper etc, sugar etc. The local village is a ten minute walk away and has a few small restaurants and a mini supermarket which was handy for picking up supplies. I would love to stay here again,

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, quaint villa tucked away in the middle of nowhere – perfect for a relaxing break while also being ideal for our party of 11, including 5 lively kids who could make plenty of noise without worrying about disturbing anyone.We arrived 1/2hr earlier than expected, which was no problem at all. We were warmly greeted by a lovely Spanish lady, who came back several times during our stay to check in. Despite the language barrier, we managed well with a mix of English & Spanish & she was very helpful in explaining everything about the villa, the amenities, the recycling, and the air conditioning.The villa itself was wonderful – spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. With 2 kitchens, 2 huge fridges and freezers, and an excellent supply of utensils, bowls, pans, plates, glasses & more, it had everything we needed. The thoughtful touches like washing-up liquid, antibacterial spray, bin bags, kitchen roll, & tea towels being provided made things even easier.The only small challenge was the recycling system, as there were 4 bins outside but only 3 inside, but it wasn’t a big issue. The team who looked after the villa emptied the bins regularly when they came every other morning at 7 to maintain the pool.Pool towels and bath towels were all provided, which was really convenient & the pool itself was fantastic. The villa is also within a short 10–15 minute walk to the local town of Búger, which was perfect for a change of scenery.

The villa gives a very good first impression and this does not change. You will drive into the entry road, through the orchard and into the shaded parking area, then you already know you made a good choice. You will notice the outside seating and dining area, which you naturally walk towards, then you get caught out by the pool, surrounded by flowering shrubs, this reinforces your good decision to rent this villa. You've not been inside yet, but you don't need to worry, enough bedrooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy. The bedrooms are a good size, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage.The air conditioning in every room is needed and appreciated, good size kitchen, bbq area and dining tables. My family group of nine, included young children, parents and grandparents, nobody complained. The host was friendly, although neither of us spoke the other's language, I think we understood each other.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Ideal Property. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Toller Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill. In der kalten Jahreszeit etwas schwierig zu heizen. Der Esstisch im WZ ist für 12 Personen etwas zu klein.

Eine super tolle Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe

Der Pool ist einfach der Hammer. Ringsherum keine Nachbarn, die man stören könnte. Viele Bade- und Schlafzimmer. An der großen Tafel draußen kann man toll gemeinsam Essen und in der Lounge-Ecke den Abend ausklingen lassen. Super gerne wieder.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. Wij waren met zijn negenen. Voldoende ruimte, keuken goed uitgerust en genoten van het zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren! Enige minpunten die ik kan noemen waren de harde kussens en er was niet altijd goed warm water. Verder, heerlijk gehad!

Einte schöne Finka für größere Gruppen. Für uns 3 Familien mit 12 Personen war mehr als genügend Platz. Der große überdachte Bereich ist bei jedem Wetter ideal. Der Pool liegt nah an der Terrasse und man hat die Kinder immer in Sichtweite. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet (alles so gut wie doppelt vorhanden). Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein wirklich schöner Ort um in Ruhe mit viel Platz entspannen zu können. Ein halber Stern Abzug für die doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen Bäder.

Super Finca - bestens geeignet für Familenzusammentreffen

Wir haben 14 sehr erholsame Tage in dieser tollen Finca verbracht, die Einrichtung ist klasse, die Zimmer gut aufgeteilt, Betten und Badezimmer sind ok, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Diese Finca war die beste, die wir jemals auf Mallorca gebucht hatten. Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir wollten mit der gesamten Familie und Freunden eine Wohlfühloase und das haben wir auch mit dieser Finca bekommen. 12 Erw. und ein Kleinkind mit 2 Jahren passten alle rein und wir hatten riesigen Spaß mit Pool und Tischtennisplatte. Bäcker und Klein-einkäufe konnten wir fußläufig erledigen, was will man mehr.
