Waldport Beach Haven - Meredith Lodging
You’ll have astonishing clifftop views of the ocean and Alsea Bay, including the bridge, sandspit, and sunning seals from Waldport Beach Haven, a charming home nestled on the southern point of the bay. With two baths, two living areas for relaxing, and two sleeping levels, this home makes it easy to invite friends to join you. You’ll love the fully equipped kitchen on the main level with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters, including a breakfast bar with high cushioned seating. A dining area adjoins the living room, with a sofa and chairs for relaxing in front of the TV or admiring the view. The first bedroom and full bathroom are the perfect landing spot for two. A second living room, with a vaulted ceiling, skylights, TV, queen cabinet, pull-out bed, with coffee bar, the first queen bedroom, and bathroom nearby give you extra space and options on the second level. In the open loft on the third level, a sweet twin bed in the eaves has its own writing desk and a romantic overlook of the ocean.
The popular Hilltop Bistro serves up wonderful breakfasts, sandwiches and libations, and you won’t have to worry about parking, as its minutes away on foot. You can stroll down the hill to the bay and the city of Waldport for shopping and more dining. Newport is less than a half hour away, Yachats is even closer, and a trip to Florence along awe-inspiring coastal cliffs lets you stop at Cape Perpetua, Heceta Lighthouse and Sea Lion Caves. At the end of your day’s adventures, Waldport Haven will invite you to sit back on its ocean-and-bay-view deck and watch the setting sun color the sky.
