MAIN LIVING AREAS
Designed for comfort, entertaining, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Generous living and dining spaces flow naturally toward the waterfront, allowing canal views and natural light to remain a constant presence throughout the home. There are two living rooms, one formal and one casual, in addition to another living space with a conversation area, and office space.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, and equipped with full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with ample countertop space for meal prep. The layout connects easily to the dining and living areas, making it well suited for both casual meals and larger gatherings.

Features a stunning formal dining area, and a more casual dining table that overlooks the water and is located off the kitchen.
GAME ROOM
Located on the first floor with its own entrance, this epic game room/ lounge offers a pool table, dart board, sitting area, beverage fridge and TV.
PRIMARY SUITE
The primary suite serves as a private retreat within the home, offering a peaceful setting designed for relaxation. Features balcony access with water view, and a recently renovated primary bathroom that adds a refined, spa-like touch, ideal for unwinding after a day on the water.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival. - If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on -No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 -An accurate guest count must be provided.-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction. -Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am. -Privacy: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Television & Subscriptions Policy
Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property's accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $325, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
Baby Bundle : If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Property Care Instructions: Treat this Home Like Your Own:
- Any/all outdoor umbrella(s) must be placed in the closed position when not in use, and at the time of check-out. This must be done in order to prevent breakage due to weather conditions. Failure to comply will result in an additional charge. - Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.

Overall, the house served its purpose well. The communication with the host and maintenance was excellent. We traveled with our 4 children, their spouses, & 4 grandchildren. It isn’t always easy to find a home big enough to accommodate them all on the intracoastal with a dock. We need the dock as we bring our 45ft boat to stay on. It was disappointing to find that there was no power or water on the dock, something we had never come across before in all our years renting. The pool was great and we all enjoyed it. We bring our own meats (as we are in the restaurant business) and at our request they provided a new grill for us. The traeger was insufficient to cook on. The house is somewhat dated but was clean. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything you could want.
