The property is just 10 minutes to the nearest beach (Pompano Beach or Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach) and within 30 minutes or less to downtown Fort Lauderdale and many other surrounding attractions.

Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping, bars and other common spots are all located within 10 minutes of the property.

All areas are available to guests except locked closets and sheds.

Guests will love staying at the Coconut Cove because of it’s contemporary coastal-chic decor, updated and fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and sparkling clean bathrooms.

The calming private backyard area boasts glistening waterway views from all angles. The heated pool is a perfect way to relax after a long day at the beach. Grill up a meal for your group on the propane gas grill (propane provided) and relax and dine under the large tiki hut with an outdoor dining table and TV. There is 75 feet of available dock space for guests to bring their own boat. The canal offers direct Intracoastal access for a quick start to an exciting boat day.

Your rate offer is not guaranteed and the host will determine if they will accept it or they may counter-offer. Simply “Ask The Host A Question” and state your best offer for your stay dates and the host will reply to you.

Upon completion of booking, all renters will be required to complete and sign a rental agreement provided by the host. Please provide your email address to the host, so we can email you the agreement.

POOL HEAT: If you would like the pool heat turned on for your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival (if applicable). Please note there is a $30 DAILY FEE for pool heat. We can set the pool heater up to a maximum of 85 degrees depending on ambient temperature. The pool heater works optimally in ambient temperatures of 65 degrees or warmer and if the ambient temperature drops below 65 degrees, please understand the pool heater may not be able to keep up with the cooler temperatures and it may take longer to heat up the pool and there will be no refund in this case as the ambient temperature is out of our control. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the pool heat.

All child/baby gear listed must be pre-requested and we will help coordinate the rental of the items with a local, reputable baby gear rental company we have partnered with to make this as convenient as possible for our guests. Rental fees apply.

Early check-ins/Late checkouts: Please contact the host to inquire about early check ins or late checkouts. Be aware a $25/hr fee may apply for any extensions.
