At home, soak up the sun in the saltwater pool (no chlorine) outdoor pool or relax in the shade of the breezy patio lounge. The backyard putting green has Mickey's stamp of approval for added family fun, with a selection of kid-size putters available. All your favorite characters are waiting to join you for endless entertainment in the game room equipped with Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, darts, Skee-ball, foosball, and a pub-height table. Designed for group gatherings, the main floor features a bright, open-concept layout blending kitchen, living, and dining areas. The deluxe kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances for handling family meal planning with ease, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for eight. After meals, unwind in the living room while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. Everyone will love getting together for family movie nights in the upstairs theater featuring movie-style sofa seating and a massive smart TV. If you're wondering what to watch, the playful wall mural may provide some inspiration! The primary bedroom and a guest room are located on the first floor. Primary guests will enjoy a private en suite bathroom. A second full bath is also located on the first floor. All remaining bedrooms can be found upstairs, each with en suite bathroom access. Younger guests will have their choice of two themed rooms featuring immersive Star Wars and Toy Story wall art. These bedrooms share en suite bathroom access. All eight bedrooms are equipped with TVs for added convenience.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge
1 dishwasher soap
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the unit. Please note that washcloths are not provided, they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:

POOL– We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, in case you need assistance we will be happy to send a specialist.If you opt for pool heat, please note that most pool heaters in this area are heat pumps. They work by extracting heat from the air and transferring it to the water. While heaters are typically set between 85–87°F, the actual temperature reached will depend on the current outdoor air temperature.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACCATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
