My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect location to Frisco within walking distance and to grocery stores. The beds were really comfortable and the home had everything we needed for a great stay!

Everything was great. Two blocks to the Frisco transfer station was amazing. We took the Summit Stage bus (free) to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge.

Great spot in town, beautiful home! We worked the Leadville "Race Across the Sky" Mtn. bike race, so not there very much. However it worked out perfectly, and was a great sanctuary to return to after long days. Nice walks to dinner and Whole Foods market.

Frisco Ski Getaway

Great location in Frisco. Easy to get to ski resorts, easy access to grocery and anything you need. Place was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back.

Frisco Townhouse

Our group ( 4 people ) had a great stay at the townhouse. It is spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Location is ideal as shopping and dining is within walking distance. Great BBQ and deck for outdoor dining. MTB, Road Riding, Hiking and Kayaking all close by.

Mountain Oasis

The property is located very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and all of the outdoor activities that this mountain area has to offer. The home itself is beautiful inside with a welcoming deck on the back. The bedrooms are spacious with a wonderful gathering/family area adjacent to the kitchen. Loved our stay here and can't wait to return again!

Comfortable and convenient

Nice comfortable place in a great location. Very close to downtown, close to Interstate and all Summitt county ski slopes. Communication is excellent with rental agency. All the rooms, beds, bathrooms were great. Only small issue is the kitchen is a bit small. It does have everything you need and is very functional, but if you are cooking a lot, it is just a little small. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean-hot tub water was good temp. The view was nice! The fireplace was excellent. The place was comfy and cozy. Nice garage. The amount of dishes and kitchen supplies was good-no pot holders.When you pay a fair price for a rental we think the microwave should have a light up viewing screen instead of guessing, the oven was scary how the door open/closed and no pot holders, the dishwasher was hard to get started-we thought it was working a few times and it wasn’t, the hot tub jets all did not work, The main tv was not a smart tv so it limited our ability to connect a game we wanted to play.

From the owner: “Hi, thank you for the feedback. - Your comments on the microwave (there's a new one sitting in my car to replace it) and potholders are well-taken. The property management company should supply the potholders, and I will follow up with them.- The hot tub is brand new; there are some switches on the side that can change the flow of the jets, but it is also well-received, and I will include it in the instructions.- The TV does work on a Roku device, which should make the TV 'smart', but I appreciate the feedback and will address it.Appreciate the feedback so I can continue to make the visit better for guests.”

Mountain Retreat

The property was great. Personal hot tub a nice perk after a day exploring. Clean, quiet neighborhood with open area in back yard Would stay here again.. Will have to say, service at local restaurants was not good. Not that busy due to COVID, but still poor, slow service.

Fun with Family in the Snow!

We had a great time staying in Frisco at 728 Meadow Dr. with our son, daughter in law, and grandson. They slept on the bottom floor which made it feel like they had their own house! Watching snow fall outside the living room windows was such a peaceful time! The hot tub was a treat after a day of skiing and we enjoyed cooking meals together in the well stocked kitchen. We will definitely try to rent this location again and highly recommend it to others.

The townhome was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, only blocks from rentals, groceries, and other shopping and dining. It was very convenient to do all we needed and wanted. Only 10 minutes to Copper Mountain. Wonderful hot tub to repair the aches and pains so we were ready to ski the next day. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Bed were comfortable. Great fire for relaxing at the end of the day. Wifi was fast so our kids to do homework.

Best ski rental experience

My friends and I had an amazing experience renting with PMI Summit in Frisco. We were sent plenty of information on the check-in process, things to do in the area, and even the parking rules for the town. The property was in a beautiful area just off the highway on a cozy quiet street. What makes this VRBO stand out from other experiences I’ve had renting was the great supply of appliances and cookware to take advantage of the lovely kitchen and make dinner each night (instead of buying greasy expensive takeout after a long ski day), an amazing hot tub stocked with extra bath towels, nice hot water showers, and an abundance of space to host all of us with our ski equipment. I would absolutely come back here and rent again from PMI, they’ve taken excellent care of this place!

Nice place for small group.

Conveniently located property just a short drive from Copper or Breckenridge. Nice place for 4 people or less. Don’t plan on parking in the garage unless you have a smaller vehicle. My gladiator would not fit. There plenty of space to park next to the front door tho. Only suggestion for the property owner is to have the hot tub running prior to tenants arriving. Hot tub was the selling point of this property for me and it ended up taking 48 hours to get it to temperature after we arrived.

Fabulous Experience

Townhome was clean, well set-up/provided (soaps, paper towels, herbs, sugar etc.). Loved the hot tub, walkable to Main Street and the Summitt County Shuttles. Parking for 2 cars was easy. Plus quick drive to Copper Mountain or Breck. We had two small issues (I.e. needed more towels) and Evolve/PMI staff were gracious and quickly dropped off more towels. No recycling in the neighborhood, we sorted ours and dropped off at the Frisco Recycling Center (3min drive south on 9). We would definitely rent this property again when we come to Summitt County.
