Come enjoy this beautifully renovated and professionally designed 3-bedroom townhome offering a timeless mountain-modern aesthetic and an unbeatable Benchlands location. Set directly along the first fairway of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and across the road from the Four Seasons, this home is a peaceful year round retreat designed for families and friends who want space, comfort, and easy access to everything Whistler has to offer.

Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom (upstairs) - King bed, with a private patio with forest views, large closet, dresser for storage and spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a separate soaker bathtub
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom, Queen bed and a closet for storage
Bedroom 3: Third Bedroom, Twin XL over Double XL bunkbed and a closet for storage ** Updated photos to come **
LOCATION
The Alpine Greens complex in the Benchlands is a lovely, quiet area that offers tranquility and proximity to Blackcomb mountain, the Fairmont Chateau Golf Course (next door), Lost Lake Park and the Four Seasons (across the street). In the winter, if the snow is plentiful in the valley you can ski home from the trail right across the street. The Valley Trail also runs right past the complex, making it easy to walk or bike to Lost Lake park and trails, or hop on the free shuttle (the bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the home) for a quick ride into Whistler Village and the gondolas. The Upper Village's shops, Farmers Market (summer only), pubs and restaurants, including a grocery and liquor store are also only a 7 minute walk away.
PARKING
One assigned undercover parking stall (height and size restrictions may apply - the parking garage clearance is 7'2”) and there is first-come first-served Visitor parking inside the parking garage. If you have an oversized vehicle, you may also park in the small outdoor parking opposite the parking garage.
