This spacious, light-filled apartment is designed for relaxed coastal living, with a generous open-plan living area at its heart. Large windows create a bright, airy feel.
Access to two private balconies, plus communal balcony perfect for enjoying the changing light throughout the day.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for entertaining, featuring marble benchtops, a large island bench and quality appliances. Step outside to choose your outlook: a north-facing balcony tucked privately among the trees.
All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom includes ensuite. A spacious main bathroom.
Located within a secure complex with intercom entry, lift access and level access from the street, the apartment also offers secure parking for added convenience.
