Less than two miles from the shores of Old Lake Davenport, guests can enjoy the sandy beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located two and a half miles from Polo Park East Golf Course and just under five miles from Orange Lake Golf. This vacation rental is only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, and Disney Springs, just over 12 miles away, offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants and daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure just under 21 miles away. For additional entertainment, SeaWorld is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles away, and Legoland Florida is 23 miles from the resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
