Open plan studio: 1 x Queen bed and 1x Super-King-size fold-out sofa-bed.



*Please note - if you require the sofa-bed, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival. The queen bed and sofa bed are in the same space - however there is a divider that you can use to partially divide the areas.





House Rules and Information -



Parking: 1x on-site car-park is included.



*Security Cameras: There are security cameras within the complex - but not inside of the apartment itself.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. The apartment must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
