Located on the powdery white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, this recently updated fully furnished 2BR/2Bath 1200 ft.² penthouse condo features breathtaking balcony Gulf view sunsets, private beach access, grilling area & much more. Fully stocked for weeks of beachside living, kitchen has all utensils, plates, flatware,etc. Sheets, towels & starter supplies included. Sofas are both sleepers to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Swim in the heated pool as you gaze into Gulf of Mexico. 3rd floor.

****ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO!! Evidence of violations will result in fines ***

The access to the beach was great! View from the unit was limited but we could still see the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. The hosts were very responsive and instructions were clear for check-in/out. IRB is beautiful!

We stayed here for my wifes 63rd b-day with older siblings. We stayed on 3rd floor using steps. The property was spotless clean, nice 2 bedroom and bathroom condo. The property is street blvd to ocean, but second building back from ocean or beach from front. There is a building ocean front inbetween this building and beach.we did not have to cross a street.The walk was less then 200’. We did have an ocean view but is limited. The pool is nice and clean. Parking is easy underneath the building. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. This is a really nice layed back neighborhood and the beach is extremely relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay

Overall was a good stay, The pictures are a bit unjust as the property is not on the beach as it appears, its set back and behind a building the same size and the only part of the beach you could see is a tiny sliver. However the beach is a very short walk away.The property is within walking distance to great food, gift shops and ICE CREAM!

Great visit to IRB!

We had a wonderful visit to IRB; Rod and Chrissy were amazing hosts! The condo is very well-stocked, including with beach gear. Communication with hosts was quick and easy. We love IRB and hope to stay at Sea Islander again on our next visit!

Absolutely relaxing and stunning views from the balcony. Short walk to the beach with easy access.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We sat up our canopy & chairs every morning on the beach to stay all day. If we needed to use the restroom or forgot something it’s a short walk back. When leaving the beach they have access to rinse the sand off you & your items making it easier not to track sand everywhere.There are several restaurants,ice cream shops in walking distance.We also chose to cook & had all the kitchenware needed. Convenient short drive to local grocery stores, restaurants & shops.When we weren’t at the beach, the condo was very comfortable to just set back & relax. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony every sunrise & sunset. A few bonuses, the beds were very comfortable, there’s parking under the condos so it made it convenient with loading & unloading.There were plenty of beach accessories downstairs in a locked room for those who aren’t able to travel with certain beach items. We also had plenty of storage in the room for our canopy, large bucket wagon, 4 chairs & cooler. Please prepare to walk up the many steps as the condo is on the top floor. There’s no elevator. The only disadvantages we noticed.there were only 3 large towels for each bathroom so I’d advise to purchase detergent ahead to stay on top of laundry,the master bathroom door slides but doesn’t lock.The master bedroom is located on same side as the road. It was loud at night.There’s a box fan in the closet we used to drown out the noise.We made many memories and had a blast.

2nd time staying here!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this condo. We love the location, lots of restaurants are in walking distance and right on the beach. The day of check-in I reached out to the owners to let us know if we were able to check in early and they were quick to respond and we were able to get in a couple hours early which was super helpful. I also reached out to them about some beach chairs that were broken. They had 4 new chairs delivered in an hour! Pretty impressive! We will stay here again, we love coming to Indian rocks beach!

Spring Getaway

Enjoyed our time in Indian Rocks and the condo was as advertised, clean and excellent working order. Rod and Chrissy were fantastic to work with. We plan to return.

Spring Break Trip

We had a relaxing and very fun vacation in Indian Rocks Beach! We loved the location of the condo, proximity to the beach and all amenities including the pool, grill and beach gear. We walked to many local restaurants and only used our car to get to the aquarium and hockey game in Tampa. Our only issue which was minimal was the road noise from the master bedroom. We got used to it as the week went on and probably would have packed our white noise machine - again wouldn't hinder us from booking but something to note. Overall a very comfortable stay and great, speedy and clear communication with owners. Thanks!!

Gulf coast get away

The condo was spacious, well maintained and very clean. Location was great - just two minutes to the beach, and several restaurants within a short walk. However would need access to a vehicle for groceries and shopping. We found Uber reliable and inexpensive! As for the view- you can see the beach -but there are buildings in front of the condo - so somewhat limited. We enjoyed our stay - comfortable and relaxing!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This property has everything you need to have a relaxing week on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need; plenty of utensils, dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. It’s truly fully stocked. The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. We appreciated having beach towels for use too. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. You can see the beach from your balcony and even from the living area/kitchen. We would definitely recommend this to any family or friends and will book again if we revisit Indian Rocks Beach.

Family vacation with adult children

The location to the beach was wonderful. The size of condo is very roomy for evening time when you are back from dinner and off the beach. There is a small pool on site it was nice but was crowded on most days as this is a peek time for vacation. The owner has a storage unit downstairs with beach chairs and a wagon and other beach items which was nice.The unit is on the top floor so be ready to climb the stairs with all your luggage and food and items. There is no public restroom by the pool area. I would take that into consideration if you were traveling with children that need to use the bathroom quickly. This unit does take some time to get to from the pool and beach. The only other thing I would mention is there were no curtains to block the sun from the bedrooms or the front door. There are blinds in bedrooms but no curtains. No cover on front door to keep next door neighbors light out of your condo at night or sun in the morning. This unit was very nice and the owners were extremely helpful with door code etc within just a few minutes. We had a great time and wonderful experience. My only suggestion would be room darkening curtains. Thank you for having such a beautiful condo!

A throwback to old Florida, Indian Rocks Beach features beautiful dune lined beaches with aqua blue water. Legend has it that IRB got its name when a native medicine man brought his ailing chief to drink the water at a sulfur springs encircled by rocks in this area. IRB is close enough to restaurants & attractions but not too touristy. Grocery store approximately 3 miles from condo.

We are family owned and take great pride in sharing our love for this condo and this area with our guests.

This 3rd floor top level condo is unlike what you may be used to. Beautiful & CLEAN. The sea glass pallet invites relaxation & comfort. No detail has been overlooked. “Move in” ready. Starter supplies included (soaps, laundry & dishwasher pods, etc.) You do NOT have to cross Gulf Blvd to access the beach. Parking available for 4 vehicles.

There is an awesome sand dollar reef just out from the condo for catch & release fun!
