Nuevo condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños en Harbourside en Marker 33. Nuestra propiedad cuenta con vistas panorámicas del Intracoastal desde un balcón privado, se encuentra al otro lado de la calle de la playa y se encuentra en el corazón de Indian Rocks Beach.

Los huéspedes pueden salir de la propiedad y acceder a muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas locales. Nuestro condominio incluye 4 pases diarios para parques acuáticos, ¡un valor de $ 100 por día! Los adultos pueden relajarse junto a la piscina con acceso a restaurantes y bares completos en el lugar, mientras que los niños pueden disfrutar de los toboganes de parque acuático de tamaño completo, el río lento climatizado de 600 pies, la laguna azul y más. ¡Pesca todo lo que quieras en los muelles justo afuera! También disfrutarás de las puestas de sol del agua del golfo desde dos terrazas orientadas al oeste.

El interior del 415 está diseñado a medida con una hermosa decoración. Es perfecto para familias o recién casados. La unidad tiene colores frescos y tranquilos de pintura y pisos de baldosas y madera renovados. Todo es nuevo, luminoso y aireado.

Great location for our boys, my wife and I. The water park is very fun, indian rock beach is very chill in comparison to other local beaches in the area. Very relaxing and having chairs, cooler, toys and towels felt like a VIP experience.

Fantastic. Super clean, comfortable. Well stocked with everything you would need including beach equipment, games, xbox, etc. 9 and 11yo kids loved the waterpark. Great beach just a block away. Parking was easy and convenient.

We had an outstanding time at this property. The condo was extremely clean and updated. You can tell that Cody and Jessica do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be. We loved the place and Cody was very responsive and helpful. We WILL be staying here again. We would recommend this to everyone!!!!!

Great time!

Condo was easy to check in. Intstructions were clear. We went with 2 kids and tbe water park is a great alternative to the beach. We only took our car to get groceries, everything is in walking distance from good food/bars all the way to ice cream. We had a really good time at this property and look forward to revisiting in the future.

We had a great time! Our room was awesome. We enjoyed the water park. That's where we spent most of our time. We went with another couple & both rooms were very accomodating. We enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the balcony & the early evening relaxing just looking at the beautiful view. We would love to go back!

Family friendly vacation

My husband, my 10 yr old and I had a great time! Cody was very tangible and responded quickly to texts, his instructions for check in, parking and check out were informative and clear. The condo is decorated beautifully and very well maintained. They did a great job providing everything you could need - there are beach chairs, buckets/toys, beach wagon and tent available, large beach towels and plenty of them so i wasnt doing laundry my whole stay. They have pretty plates and cups and i loved that they're plastic which is so good for kids. And, again, plenty of stock so i wasnt doing dishes my whole vacation. The property is great, clean and well maintained. There are docks on the canal where we fished (need license which you get free online), saw dolphins and manatees. The waterpark was of course great, lots of lifeguards on duty. There's a CVS a block away if you forget anything and it was nice to see fire station was a block away too in case of emergency. Lots of fun, family friendly activities in close proximity. We had rain our first day but the condo had a bunch of board games and video games so we weren't bored. Would definately go again!

Amazing Vacation Spot!

We found our new vacation spot! Cody and Jessica have such a great condo to stay in. The decor is adorable and the location of the condos was so great. We have young kids and they absolutely loved getting to go to the waterpark every day! The beach was about a five minute walk away and Cody and Jessica provided a nice wagon, cooler, umbrella, and toys to take down to the beach! This was so convenient and made beach time so much better! We also loved being able to go to the upper deck to watch the sunset every night. It was stunning! Lastly, there are so many restaurants within walking distance! Our favorite was by far PJ oysters! We had a minor issue while we were there, and I was able to text Cody and it was fixed extremely quickly! The communication was awesome as all you had to do was text and Cody would message you right away! We are so grateful we found this awesome spot and cannot wait to go back next year! Thank you, Cody and Jessica!

Perfect

This property was perfect for our family. There is a free parking garage below the building, we never once were unable to get a spot. We arrived to a perfectly clean condo that matched the photos exactly. There was everything that you would need for a weeks stay. Fully stocked kitchen, board games, Xbox, beach towels, everything new and not cheap! I have stayed places that didn't provide any toiletries at all, there were a few K cups, waters, toilet paper, paper towels enough to get you started or through the week in our case. The check out to do list was extremely minimal. All 3 mattresses and the couch were all very comfortable. There is a storage unit directly outside of unit with literally everything you need for a beach day, umbrella, chairs, wagon, cooler, ECT! It made our days at the beaches comfortable and enjoyable. The free water park was perfect for our 7 year old, he wanted to be there all day, everyday. The weekdays were there were not busy at all, but the weekend was extremely crowded. The location of the property was perfect for us, we went to Tampa aquarium, Busch Gardens water park, Fort De Soto, kayaking to Caladesi Island, Sand Key Beach, Indian Rocks preserve, Shell Key Reserve and multiple other places, we drove no more than 40 mins to get to anywhere. There is a Publix and Walmart a mile a way and the beach was a very short walk. I am very particular and I myself am shocked to say this place is perfect, I don't have one complaint!

Great beach condo!

Property was clean, felt safe, and was so close to the beach and delicious restaurants. The condo was spacious with many amenities. The on site waterpark was a very fun plus! Cody was fabulous about communication. We would stay again!

Exactly as described!

First time for our family being in Indian rocks, we loved the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the Xbox, and games provided. Condo had a beautiful view and we saw dolphins a few mornings.

Awesome!

Condo is great with an awesome view of the intercoastal from the balcony! Very clean, beds were comfortable and condo was well stocked with the necessities. Kids loved the water park, parents enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon provided to help haul our stuff back and forth to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The owner checked in with us a few times to see if we had any questions and to make sure everything was good at the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway for Families!

We had a wonderful stay! Traveled with our two kids - ages 9 and 6 and it was perfect. We really appreciated the quick walk to the beach and access to the waterpark. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing day at the beach - wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. it was plenty spacious for our family of 4. Clean, cozy, and the owner was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Rock the Coast

Everything we'd hoped for plus. Kitchen, Living Space, Balcony just right. Comfortable beds. One day/night the daughter's family of 5 crowded in with us and they made the 2nd bedroom work no problem. Have never repeated a stay at a vrbo but am thinking seriously of booking again.

Memorable

We booked this condo believing it would accommodate us and our children and grandchildren. It was everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the water park and the beach. Cody, the property owner checked in many times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Great time there!

Perfection at Indian Rocks Beach

Superbly located and equipped apartment with a large south facing balcony overlooking the beautiful intracoastal waterway and a 5 minute walk to a glorious beach.Excellent communications from Cody who was always accessible with any questions before and during our stay.Wonderful restaurant options within walking distance.We will miss watching for dolphins and birds whilst eating breakfast on the balcony!Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top quality place to stay in IRB.

Amazing!

Great place for our winter getaway! Cody and Jess are the perfects hosts. The communication was excellent, the place was as advertised, super clean and a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the waterpark and pool and my wife and I enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the deck. Highly recommend!

My name is Cody and I'll be your host for your unforgettable vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. I've been living in Florida for the past 15 years, but I'm originally from Texas. I love the weather, people, and lifestyle here. My primary residence is only about an hour away from IRB, so I'm somewhat of a local. Feel free to ask me about things to do and where to eat. I consider myself a food and travel geek, so forgive me if I get excited. I look forward to hosting you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

IRB is my personal favorite beach in the St. Pete / Clearwater area. It's quaint and relaxing, but has plenty to do. The area is full of families and great people. The condo is absolutely awesome. It's the only property like it in this area of Florida with the included water park. Perfect for families or snowbirds and has full hotel-like amenities. You can have a fully functioning home with the convenience of everything you get a hotel. Win-win in my opinion!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of my favorite things are the two huge outdoor sun viewing decks. You'll get access with your key and you can enjoy gulf sunsets over the ocean from the privacy of the property. It's lovely to have a glass of wine out there with the breeze and watch the sun disappear. It's a nice treat at the end of the day. I even proposed on the rooftop to my wife Jessica!
