BATHROOMS: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - electric kettle - toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests may need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a BAUHN smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The apartment includes 1 designated car space in the residential garage. There is also plenty of free 2-hour and 4-hour parking available around the complex.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not walk down the garage ramp, as it is for vehicle access only. The property has a call-out security alarm and fee that will activate if someone walks down the ramp.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building’s BBQ area and common garden throughout your stay. Please note that these facilities are located on Level 6 and require an AirKey for access.
