Luxury 2-bedroom apartment positioned at the heart of Dickson town centre, few minutes drive to Canberra centre and ANU, and walking distance to the light-rail and bus interchange.
With numerous cafes, bars and restaurants, walking distance to Woolworths offers the best of city living right at your front door.
Despite living in a busy town centre, our apartment feels very private - being higher in the building on level 4, excellent sound proofing, the tree and the incredible view has meant that we have never felt like we are in a busy location.
If that's not enough for you, this apartment has a rooftop pool, gym and communal garden.
• Full size designer kitchen features high quality appliances, stone bench tops with waterfall edge and soft close joinery
• Spacious master bedroom features 2 built-in robes, ensuite with double vanities and balcony access.
• Bedroom 2 with bult-in robes and services by the main bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
• European style laundry with dryer.
• Large balcony with Mt Majura view, seasonal colorful tree views
• Ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling to the living room and bedrooms.
Parking is in the building at Wilson parking for $5 per day. If guests stay from 3 nights or more we can arrange free private parking.
