Whether you’re seeking a tranquil couples escape or a family beach adventure, our stylish seaside apartment offers the perfect retreat in the heart of Avalon. Positioned directly across from the beach step directly onto the sand for breathtaking ocean views, then take a leisurely stroll to Avalon Village, where designer boutiques, cafés, wine bars, and restaurants await. Spend your days basking in the sun, walking the coastal trails, riding the waves, or simply unwinding by the beach.
The space
Our apartment has been styled with a relaxed coastal interior featuring local Beechwood furniture and beautiful artwork.
With a spacious and cosy open plan living and dining area, wall mounted smart TV, internet services and split aircon system you will truely relax after a day on the beach.
The modern kitchen has quality appliances and is fully equipped with everything you will need including a gas BBQ on the balcony for those warm summer nights.
If a lazy sleep in is what you’re after then snuggle up in our comfy beds with adjustable window louvers to keep you deep in slumber, or grab a yellow beach towel by the door and hit the Avalon rock pools for some of the best sunrise’s you can experience to start your day.

The carport and laundry are directly under the apartment on the ground floor. The laundry is at the front closest to the beach and the carport is at the back of the block
