Stylish coastal escape just a short stroll to Madora Bay Beach. This spacious 4-bedroom retreat offers soaring light-filled living, a designer kitchen with 900mm appliances, private theatre room and dedicated home office. Relax in the north-facing alfresco after a beach day, then explore nearby cafés, Lakelands shopping and Mandurah Marina. Perfect for families, friends or extended seaside stays.
We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
Guests have access to the full house, except the garage which is not available for guest use.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

Our cancellation policy is set through Airbnb and applies to all bookings. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.
