This is our family's second time staying at this property. It has everything we need including a large assortment of quality stainless steel pots and pans. There is a lovely view of the estuary from the balcony, with multiple bird varieties and dolphins "on show" every single day. Kayaking was fun, we saw dolphins up close, as well as stingrays and swans with their babies, Our beds were super comfortable. Shops are easy to get to, even the main part of Mandurah is an easy walk. Gilberts and Son is a must for gourmet foods, as well as the Buna Cafe at Halls Head nearby. Roger is a very thoughtful host, and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend this property.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your amazing home. We enjoyed watching all the action from the balcony, taking selfies with the friendly black swans, the kids catching a couple of little fish, and being so close to shops, playgrounds and cafes. It was a very relaxing weekend.

Great location with 5-star views

You can’t beat this location for waking up to beautiful water views complete with black swans, water fowl and dolphins swimming in the bay. It’s a convenient walk or ride to the boardwalk which has shopping, great restaurants and other fun activities to enjoy. Great place to stay.

Oursiesta has everything you could possibly need, with the convenience of being close to some lovely walking areas and parks, a short walk into the heart of Mandurah for a coffee or a meal or pack up a picnic and spend the day on the foreshore watching the boats

My partner and I got married and stayed at this property after as a mini holiday! The location is fantastic and the property was stunning! Will definitely be back and highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation in the Mandurah area :)

Relaxing Long Weekend

Our Siesta had everything you could possibly need, warm comfortable beds and the cleanliness was of an exceptional standard. The views from the upstairs balcony and downstairs bedroom (lay in bed and watch the dolphins go out to sea) are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic house in a great location, a short walk from the centre with beautiful views over the water. The house is incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need, having Kayaks available to use saved bringing ours down which was a huge benefit, pool table, beach towels etc made for a great hassle free break. The owners seem to have thought of everything that is annoying in other rentals, power boards next to each bed rather than a single plug on the other side of the room, simple labels on the cupboards so you can find things, we had a fantastic break. Simple easy communication with the hosts made everything very easy, planning to book again for next year.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. It was extremely clean and spacious, all we needed was provided, including quality toiletries. Our host Roger was very easy to deal with. During our stay of 9 nights, it was very quiet and peaceful. And to top it all off, the scene from the upstairs balcony was stunning. We could see across the estuary, and saw dolphins every day, some came up to one of our kayaks one day. We would happily stay there again.

Holiday Gold

Fabulous house that was perfect for our all girls family getaway, the house is in an amazing spot so close to everything in Mandurah yet so quiet you think your the only ones around.The house was spotless with everything you needed inside and out we all spent considerable time on the back deck admiring the awesome views.We had some bad weather that kept us in but there was plenty of boardgames, pool table and Netflix to keep us busy. Roger was a great host and kept me updated on everything i would highly recommend Oursiesta.

We are retirees and arrived all the way from Germany to enjoy this wonderful property for 66 days. At our age we are not into hussle and bustle, and so very much appreciated the peace and quiet here at this location.Amazing views from the balcony! You cant get tired of it. Passing dolphins, black swans, pelicans feeding in the nearby bay. Just to mention a few.Great bird life you can watch just from your balcony.Don't forget your binoculars!And the house being on a canal let you see passing boats. If you are lucky, you will see amazing moon rises over the water just from your balcony.You are close to safe beaches to swimm for you and the kids. Great beaches nearby to relax, swimm, or having a stroll. And good choice of golf courses in the area too.The house offers plenty of space. The beds are comfortable. Even for our old joints! And you can be assured to have a restful sleep. As it is a very quiet cul-de-sac with very respectful neighbours.We will definitely be back. We can highly recommend Oursiesta.
