Tucked into a quiet Camas neighborhood, this stylish home offers inviting spaces to relax and gather. The living room features a cozy electric fireplace and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The updated galley kitchen makes meals easy, while both the dining and living areas feel bright and airy. With three bedrooms and one shared bathroom, it’s a comfortable fit for families or small groups exploring downtown Camas, nearby parks, and the Columbia River.
We utilize a third-party co-host to ensure you are well taken care of during your stay. We trust that Utmost Property Management will take care of our home with the utmost attention to detail with you, our guest, in the forefront of their mind.
Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is just minutes from the heart of downtown Camas. Stroll through charming streets lined with local boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants, or catch a movie at the historic Liberty Theatre. Grab a craft beer and meal at Grains of Wrath, explore local shops along 4th Avenue, or enjoy the outdoors at nearby Lacamas Lake and Crown Park. It’s the perfect mix of small-town charm and easy access to Vancouver and Portland.
Guests have full access to the house and the backyard. There is a parking area to the left, back of the house for guests.
The parking area to the right of the house is off-limits as it is for the basement tenants.
The back door opens to a small landing that leads into the heart of the home. To the left you step into the bright kitchen, while stairs to the right lead down to the basement laundry room. The kitchen flows into the dining area, where large windows bring in plenty of natural light—perfect for morning coffee or shared meals. From there, continue into the stylish living room, a comfortable space to relax and gather.
From both the kitchen and living room you can access a central hallway that connects the main level. Here you’ll find the staircase, the shared bathroom, and one bedroom (1 queen bed), all adjacent to each other. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen), offering a quiet retreat away from the main living spaces.
Outside, you'll find the luscious grass yard for your children to play in, a picnic table with additional seating to gather, and comfortable lounge chairs around a propane fire table to enjoy the PNW nights.
Camas is a quiet, primarily residential community where most tenants get around by car. The home is a short 3-5 minute drive from downtown Camas, where you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and local boutiques. Vancouver, WA is about 15–20 minutes away, and Portland International Airport (PDX) is typically a 20-minute drive.
Limited public transit is available through C-TRAN bus route 92 connecting Camas to Vancouver, but for convenience and flexibility, driving or rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are recommended.
There is a separate basement with its own tenants, please be mindful of noise as it can travel. The basement unit is completely separate, there is no shared access or space between the two.
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property.
