Surrounded by a classic white picket fence, the home welcomes you with timeless curb appeal and warm hospitality. Inside, you’ll find a spacious and thoughtfully updated interior featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or a peaceful getaway.
The large, open kitchen provides plenty of room for cooking, gathering, and sharing meals together. With comfortable living spaces and tasteful Victorian details throughout, the home offers both charm and functionality for a memorable stay.
Step outside to enjoy the inviting outdoor deck with a fire table, perfect for evening conversations under the Texas sky. The backyard also features a cozy firepit, creating a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
Located in the heart of Marble Falls, guests are just minutes from everything that makes this Texas Hill Country destination special. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
