Stay here! Home away from home

Clean, comfortable, great location. Swimming pool small, but nice environment. Condo was home away from home. 2 full baths, separate bedrooms with 1 king and 2 full beds. Full kitchenette, washer & dryer, private balcony. Everything you need! Convenient to lake and shopping.

Relaxing and Beautiful View

We stayed with adults ages 40-84. We all enjoyed it and the view from our room was amazing. The sunsets were spectacular every evening. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided with the room. We can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful place to stay

This place was great! We really had no complaints about the property itself. The condo was spacious and well stocked. The location was close to all activities.The view over the lake was spectacular. The pool was large and refreshing. The only thing we would have preferred was not to be hassled to attend the time share selling meetings. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Nice property but not exactly what I expected.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very nice, in a great location, beautiful scenery and the pool and splash pad were the perfect ending to our days for our little family. The only things we were disappointed with was the fact that we felt like we walked into a sales pitch that we didn’t know anything about until we got there after a six hour drive with a fourteen month old and the lack of communication with the property owner once we got there. We did not have WIFI the entire time we were there because I reached out to the property owner instead of the office on the property because I didn’t want to deal with the sales pitch that we walked into upon arrival and never got a response back from the property owner. Had we of known what we were walking into we would have had the chance to choose whether we still wanted to stay at this property or look for something else. I’ll probably never rent from this property owner again and I’ll be very leery of renting a condo type of property again without doing more research to make sure I’m not walking into a situation like this again.

Great location and perfect space

This was my second stay. I will say that this time we had a floor with a river view. The first time was a little disappointing have to go downstairs with no view. If there is a way to secure a view condo, that would be great. I will be back for Lakefest every year so long as my dad is there and able to make it. Thanks again!

Unit details

The unit was comfortable and very clean, it had a great view to the river. This unit doesn't have easy access to the pool and doesn't have a view to the pool as showed in the picture. We didn't visit the pool since it was in the second level, and we didn't see an elevator for access. (We have mobility issues). This unit is facing a busy road and you can hear the cars passing by when trying to sleep late or take a nap. During the check in process, they asked proving questions until they knew we were not members and started pitching for a "free stay" in exchange of 90-minute presentation to become members. The front desk called the unit and my cell phone the next day in an attempt to book the 90-minute presentation. Their offer might work for some families not for us. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, nice property. Suggestions would be to include Wifi for free and re-vamp the master shower that was handicapped accessible - got water everywhere. No issues, great view.

Better than Expectated

I had a week long work trip in Marble Falls and decided to bring my family. We booked this last minute and everything worked out really well. It is kind of a time share/resort community, so they had a pretty sweet setup for my young family. It was winter, but the pool was heated, they had a little splash pad, park, etc. etc. We will likely stay again. Highly recommend.

Great alternative to a regular hotel

We were very pleased with the newness and the overall design of the property. Very beautiful! The place was spacious and quiet. We loved the view of the lake and spent a lot of time on the covered balcony! Will definitely stay here again.
