This second-floor walk-up condo features a comfortable, intelligent floor plan with a large living room that flows into the kitchen and adjacent private patio.
While not a luxury property, the condo is tastefully decorated, fairly updated, and kept very clean.
The living room provides space to unwind after the beach for family movie nights or board games (yes, we provide them).
Guests may also enjoy the community pool at Fiesta Sol after a day on the beach and do a final wear out of the kiddos before bed. Please ask on pool hours
KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking essentials for preparing meals & creating great family memories.
Cooking at home can save time and money while still enjoying a relaxed beach vacation.
The living room and both bedrooms include Smart flat screen TVs for your favorite streaming apps.
WiFi is the highest level available on the island, though outages can occur. A cell phone hotspot is recommended if work is required.
For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

If you plan on using the trundle bed or sleeper sofa, please bring additional bedding. Otherwise clean, fresh towels & lines are provided.
BEACH ACCESS
Public beach access is approximately just 99 steps away.
Many guests bring a wagon if transporting beach gear or pop-up shade tents, though beach toys and towels are not provided.
Charcoal grills are not allowed at the property, but grilling is permitted on South Padre Island public beaches.
PARKING
The property includes free parking for:
• 1 large SUV or 4-door truck • OR 2 smaller vehicles parked tandem • OR 1 SUV and 1 golf cart
Unfortunately, guest parking is not available so plan accordingly
If additional parking is needed, nearby options include the post office or Gulf Blvd public street parking.
