✔ This apartment is located on the third floor with elevator access.
✔ Private parking is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Vehicles MUST have a valid parking permit on their dashboard. A parking permit can be found on the shelf hanging on the wall just inside the front door.
✔ Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. The pool, hot tub, and sun deck are shared building amenities.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (HOA enforced).
Parking: Each guest receives one parking pass at check-in. Lost pass = $50 replacement.
Pool / hot tub: Use at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised.
Damages: Guests responsible for accidental damage beyond normal wear. Significant damage charged to the card on file.
