Linger Longer is a true sanctuary in a highly coveted location in Old Seagrove, this immaculate 5BR/6.5BA Gulf view retreat was custom-built by Alex Rice of Old Seagrove Homes.

Private courtyard walls surrounding an outdoor oasis with a gunite saltwater pool, a fire pit and a grilling and dining area creates a peaceful, secluded ambiance yet the beach, Seaside and WaterColor are just steps away.

Every detail of this home has been meticulously selected and the quality of materials are evident from the moment you enter the gorgeous Mahogany front door. Sonos speakers throughout the home make it easy to enjoy your favorite tunes while relaxing at your beach home. The elevator is located on the main floor right as you enter for easy access to bring your belongings up to the second floor.

A chic coastal style creates a bright and sunny vibe where pecky cypress accents contrast with white walls and carefully chosen design features such as a grand tabby shell gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen boasts a 8 gas burning stovetop along with a large marble island with additional seating at the breakfast nook or dining room table.

Great Location and Stay!

Great time with a large family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for a large family of all ages. Pool was a great addition. We did have AC issues on the first day but it was quickly taken care of by property management and rectified. Easy 4 min walk to the beach, 10 mins away from seaside and a 5-7 bike ride to Publix. Overall great stay and experience! Would totally book this place again.

Early Summer Vacation

Booked this house for our family because we wanted a good location and plenty of room for everyone, and we got both. The house is very nice and it’s only a stones throw from the beach. We had a great time staying here and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a luxurious home to rent.

Much need family trip

This was our second trip to the Seagrove area. Once again we were not disappointed. Linger Longer is a beautiful home and very comfortably suited for a family of 8. The pool was very nice to have since we had rainy weather and we were able to get outside and enjoy the pool. Home is close to the beach and downtown area. We will definitely stay in the area again next yer .

Beautiful backyard and pool but yard maintenance was there 4 afternoons. Very annoying and no privacy. Pool maintenance there an additional day.

Gorgeous House

My husband and I took our two teenagers and four of their friends to Seagrove for Spring Break. The photos do not do this house justice. It is beautifully crafted and decorated. Even the teens were admiring how lovely it was. The house was spotless and very well stocked (higher end appliances, pots & pans and knives than we've seen in most rentals). The communication with the rental company was above and beyond. Very fast response time and accommodating. The walk to the beach & Seaside are easy. We've stayed on 30A for years (Watersound community) and this house is most definitely at the top of our list!

We’ve stayed at several different houses in the Seagrove/Seaside area Linger Longer is by far our favorite! The house is beautifully decorated and layout was perfect for our needs. Plus the home owners had thought of everything - lots of beach towels, 2 different coffee makers, several small appliances (blender, processor, etc) Best of all, the first afternoon received a text from the property manager checking to see if we’d arrived. Once she knew we were there she sent someone over to walk us through the house to answer any questions. As the week progressed I had a couple of other questions and the management team responded quickly to assist me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was more then expected, It was beautiful. All the family members loved it! We had plenty of room inside the house and outside whether you wanted some play time or quiet time. The house was extremely clean. The only issue was the kids beds, We had to wash all the sheets, some had sand in them . I had paid to have the pool turned on after we got there, it was cold to swim at night. I guess the Property management forgot to tell the pool company to come and turn the heater on, When they showed up to clean the pool, I questioned them and they said they would take care of it. It heated up pretty quickly, But unfortunately we had to check out Saturday, only had one warm night to swim in the pool. We would definitely come back again!!!Thank you so much for letting us use your home!

Washer and dryer is in master bedroom and in the laundry room on bottom floor which was nice. This house was so clean, one of the cleanest I have been in. The pictures do not do this house justice. Would recommend heating the pool since the pool is shaded so not much heat gets through.

WOW!

This property is better than depicted in the pictures. The owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Having a private pool was awesome for late night or early morning swimming when we didn’t want to lug everything to the beach. The owners provide bikes, which our kids loved. It is very easy walk to the beach and to the little town square for dinner or shopping. They even have a golf cart for rent! I can’t say enough good things about this property. We would stay here again!

The house itself was beyond our expectations! Online pictures don’t do its justice. Inside-out just beautiful! We have stayed in Seaside before and rented other houses but this one is at the top of the list! From house decor down to every dish any chef can imagine in a kitchen. Cozy bedrooms, adults’ and kids’, just breathtaking! Our family just loved it! And we hope to be back!

Gorgeous Home

Our two families of 5 LOVED this home. Rarely do I think the house looks better than the pictures but in this case it certainly does. It was immaculate. The beds and linens were so comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us.
