AMAZING VIEWS!! & HUGE GAME ROOM / Hot Tub, Gas Grill, Large Parking Area

Pine Top Vista has stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains from all 3 decks and every room. 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Sleeping a total of 12 people (3 children) comfortably! Guests will love the hot tub, fire pit, and the spacious game / bunk room. The neighborhood offers seasonal outdoor pools and pickleball court.
Upon entering the front door, you walk into an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with great views through the oversized windows. The dining table seats 6 and the nearby breakfast bar offers additional seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a large selection of small appliances (including an air fryer), and cooking supplies to have a wonderful cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is the living room, featuring two plush leather couches, wall mounted 58” smart tv and a gorgeous stacked stone accented electric fireplace. Also, on the main level is bedroom #1 featuring a king bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, and private door to deck. The main level deck is where you will find the hot tub as well as 4 rocking chairs.

Yes the host Sean was very responsive and helpful with everything and had excellent communication. The mountain cabin was a very nice home and property. All the amenities were nice and really helped make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

We had such a wonderful stay at this adorable cabin. It was the perfect fit for both our family and our friends’ family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The view was absolutely stunning and even better than we expected.One thing I really appreciated was the variety of coffee makers. I usually pack my own, but I knew in advance I wouldn’t need to this time, which made packing easier and mornings even better.The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Smokey Mountain get away

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful cabin over Spring Break! It had the most amazing views and everything you could possibly need inside for cooking, entertaining the kids and just relaxing. The cabin is far enough out of town so you can see the stars but yet close enough to all the activities. We will be renting it again in the future.

Stayed here with family around thanksgiving holiday. Perfect size and location for our group and the view is amazing. Sunsets are spectacular.

Great Family House

The house and property was beautiful, everything you need is there, had great time using the jacuzzi and firepit., enough separation to allow for privacy in the house, 3 decks off each level gives you a distinctive and beautiful view of the mountains, the game room was awesome, and the kids loved it. The only issue I would say is the bedrooms don't have shelves in the closet or dressers for your clothes and a limited amount of hangers so you have to basically keep everything in your suitcase. All together great hosts and an amazing stay.

Amazing House

The house was amazing, had everything we needed from basic neccessities to fun little games and activities. Amazing for kids and young adults as they have a very spacious game room with multiple bunk beds.

Incredible views

The cabin was in a fantastic location that gave incredible views of the smoky mountains. We maxed out the capacity and it still felt plenty roomy. When we weren’t in gatlinburg (which was every day since it’s only 20min away) we had plenty of activities to do. Between the games, hot tub, and fire pit, this cabin made for the perfect getaway for the whole family.

Great porch views

House was clean, plenty of sleeping options and lots of games to keep us busy. The night sky is amazing from the porches. We were lucky enough to be there for the meteor shower. The owner Sean is great at communicating with the guest.

Perfect Vacation Rental

This place was amazing! Highly recommend. We stayed with the family, kids, and grandkids. It was perfect. So much to do at the cabim, great location, great views. Will be looking to sray here again in the near future.

Awesome experience!

We went with a larger family group and the place was perfect! We had everything needed and Sean was able to help us navigate the area for some great places to eat (Mamas Chicken Kitchen!) and for some other odds and ends. He was super informative and made the stay so much easier. I would recommend this place to anyone! The view was amazing and the pools were just as nice! This was a great place to stay!!

Bear House

The house was very nice and the property owner responded promptly to questions or concerns. We saw numerous bears on the property which we all loved. A mother and 3 cubs on one visit! Kids loved it and the games in the house. The only thing I would say negative is you’re about 35-45 minutes from everything, but it’s a fair trade for the views and wildlife that visit the property.

This cabin was delightful to stay at. The three levels with bedrooms on each level made everyone feel like they had their own space. The cabin was beautifully decorated and the beds were COMFORTABLE. You can tell when owners care about the property vs. others who try to get by as cheap as possible. The owners of this home take care of the property and it truly show. Everything was in great shape and working properly. There were a few minor accessories that need repair but those have been reported. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Views were beautiful.

The view is amazing! We had a wonderful time here on our week vacation! The house was clean and it was the perfect size for our family. The kids loved the game room and the bunk beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the fire. Communication was excellent and very quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

Extraordinary

This property was simply amazing. We were a group of 12 including kids, teenagers and adults. There is more than enough room to accommodate everyone, we had our own space to retreat for some quiet time if necessary. There’s lots of entertainment for the kids so they had a blast, perfect for those cold icy days when we decided to stay indoors. We only hear from them when it was time to eat. The views were amazing, there’s balcony access from every bedroom to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. I’ve stayed at a few vacation properties in the past and what I find unique about this one is the property owner was very attentive and responsive. They were in constant communication with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. Communication reference the property and all instructions were clear and concise. Any issues that we had was addressed immediately. I was very impressed with their attentiveness and concern for our wellbeing. I will definitely go back and I will highly recommend this property. We had an amazing time.

After visiting the Smokey Mountains we fell in love with the Gatlinburg area. We are more of a outdoors family, and where impressed with all that the area has to offer. We found this new construction home and the view took our breath away. It was love at first sight. The house has an amazing layout, and will accommodate a large group.
