This 237sf efficiency is the perfect spot if you're looking for an inexpensive getaway to the beach. The Beachview building sits at 200 East Beach Boulevard and is directly across the street from Gulf Shore's main public beach, The Hangout and Pink Pony Pub. The building has a dedicated parking spot and you're literally walking distance to everything in the heart of Gulf Shores. Unit 216 has a separate bedroom with a full-sized bed and TV. There's also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room with a second TV, so you can sleep 4 comfortably. The unit does NOT have a kitchen, but does have a refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee pot for your convenience. For a quick and easy getaway to the beach, this is the perfect spot. Drop off your bag, pack your cooler and stroll over to the beach for a day of sun, sand and surf. Then head out for a night on the town and know that there are a ton of great restaurants in any direction you decide to head.

Complex has an elevator.

Getaway with spouse

I had a wonderful time with my husband. The location was convenient, as it was close to local restaurants, bars, and venues featuring live music. The accommodations provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was also a bonus that parking was included and that the property was situated near the beach and those aforementioned attractions.

Perfect spot!

Great condo with exactly what you need! Walking distance to the beach, close to all the good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend if it’s just you and your partner.

NEVER AGAIN

VERY OLD AND NEEDS UPGRADED OR CHARGE LESS. PARKING UNDER BUILDING WAS AWFUL. TOO MANY DRUNKS HANGING OUT TRYING TO START FIGHTS ALL NIGHT.

Met our needs

Overall, the property worked for our needs. Pictures make you think it’s bigger than it really is. Would not recommend sleeping 4 in this property, as the mattress on the pull out couch is not in good shape and would provide a bad night of sleep. Couch also had sand still on it from prior guests and sand still on the floor.

Readiness of room

The room was ready in time. Had lots of sand still on the floor, but understand that’s a tuff one. There was a broken shelf that I had to doc with a note to the cleaner because I called and got no one and left a message and never heard back. Wire and sat box hanging down under TV in den. Didn’t want you to think that was us. No outlet to tell you about it. The ac in the place i is in the bedroom. Can not cool den. Very uncomfortable at night due to stuffy conditions. Other than that the stay was great. I would stay again.

It’s location is great can walk to get anywhere but pictures made condo look bigger than was. With couch pulled out was no walking room - and only bedroom stayed cool here AC was at but perfect for a couple

More headaches than a vacation

This property is right across the street from public beach so everyone uses the property for parking. The bed in the condo is supposed to be a queen but it’s a full size (I measured). Had to email them to get into our condo only to get a code that wouldn’t work so then we had to call and get a different code. It was a hassle after another hassle. We will not return to this property and would not recommend it.
