The Cipresso Castle - a magnificent, Tudor style mansion in Atlanta, 7000 sf of interior space on a 4-acre secured lot, facing a lake. Fenced and gated. Perfect as a wedding venue, baby showers, bridal, business meetings, wine tasting, vacation / health retreat or the perfect getaway. Ideal setting for a movie production or photo shoot.
There is additional charge for filming, ask me about it. Filming at the property without authorization is not allowed and will be subject to penalty.
Party and ticketed events are NOT allowed.
45 people max. allowed at the property for gatherings and formal events.
For groups or events of 11 and more ppl - the price is based per hour, ask me about it before you book! Staying overnight is not included with bookings for events and gatherings. Security cameras are dispersed around the lot to control unauthorized activities and number of guests.
Maximum of 1 night per booking.

20 parking spaces available inside the property. Use carpooling or Uber, be environment friendly.

Security cameras monitor the property for incoming flow of people, please do not exceed the number of guests previously approved by me, there will be penalty fee for breaking the rental agreement and possible cancellation of the reservation.

-- We have 35 folding event chairs and 5 folding tables available for rent for your event for an additional fee of $90, see pictures in the photo album. Table clothing can be provided. for $40
-- Acoustic Sound system with blue tooth can be rented for your event for $30 rental fee.
-Casino style roulette can be rented from me for $80

Super fun stay

We booked the location for my husband’s 50th with a small group of friends. The place alone lends itself to a great time and there was something new to discover around every corner. The owner was super clear on expectations and helpful throughout. If you’re looking for something unexpected would absolutely recommend!!

“My Experience”

This was my first time using Mit’s property and it was amazing and my guest were so impressed with the decor. Mit was very to the point, concise with communication, and very understanding. Next time I do another theme party I know what place I will book for the second time in a row! I love the cleanliness and personality the space provided! Thank you again Mit❤️

Very disappointed

Hello, The outside of the property is very gorgeous. However, the inside was very disappointing. There were not enough clean towels. We went out and purchased more from a local store. There were dirty clothes in the laundry room, the inside of the washer and dryer was dirty. The house look like it had not been dusted in a while. A request for the owner to check out the refrigerator was declined by the owner. He stated that the refrigerator should be working fine. Although we got through the weekend, there should have been a follow up. The house is great for a photo shoot day, but the house was not prepared for guest to stay over night.

This is what this guest said when they checked out:, quoting the message: " Good morning, I have had a true blast!' ," You have a very beautiful house". The guest is obviously now angry because I charged them after check out for a broken floor lamp. Hence the review they left is a vindication of the charge. Too petty..

Best birthday Ever

This property was way better in person than listed and very accommodating. The house has soooooo much character and because of it, my birthday photoshoot was FABULOUS. The host was easy to contact and responded very quickly. Would love to come back for next event.
