The kitchen naturally draws everyone in, while the living area holds the group without feeling crowded. Three bedrooms down the hall, a private deck out back, and everything already taken care of.

The home includes two bathrooms: a private ensuite in the primary bedroom and a second full bathroom.

📍 Location
Glenbrook is one of those southwest Calgary neighbourhoods that just works. Quiet, established, and close to everything.
Groceries, pharmacy, and essentials are all within a few minutes, including Safeway, Save-On Foods, Superstore, Walmart, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Westhills Towne Centre is minutes away with restaurants, shops, and a movie theatre.
Downtown is an easy 13-minute drive, close enough to get in and out without the noise. Heritage Park is nearby, and you are well positioned for a smooth drive west toward Banff.
Guest access Full private access to the entire upper unit. Private entrance, self check-in, no shared spaces. Free street parking directly out front. The garage is not available for guest use.
The Amber is a registered short-term rental with the City of Calgary.
Other things to note - No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Smoking violations incur a $400 air restoration fee. - Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM per Calgary Bylaw. - No parties or large gatherings. - If something gets accidentally damaged, please let us know early. - Lorex doorbell camera at the front entrance.

We spent 3 days here and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay here! Angie and David were super responsive at every stage--from booking to post check-out. Check-in and check-out were so easy. The house is light and bright with big windows and tall celings. Everything was very clean and they had almost everything we needed! We found the beds to be quite comfortable and we appreciated the extra blankets around. There are many stores and restuarants nearby, including the Glamorgan Bakery with their famous cheese buns. We will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Calgary!

We chose Glenbrook because it strikes a rare balance between quiet and connected. The streets are calm, the neighbours are friendly, and it feels like a place you can actually settle into, not just pass through.
At the same time, everything you need is close. Groceries, coffee shops, and everyday essentials are just minutes away, and downtown Calgary is an easy drive when you want to explore more of the city. Westhills Towne Centre is nearby for shopping, dining, and a movie night.
We also love how easy it is to get around from here. Whether you are driving, taking transit, or heading west toward the mountains, it is a simple starting point.
It is the kind of neighbourhood that feels easy, safe, and quietly local, which is exactly what we want for our guests.
