Beautiful Waterfront, w/ Dock, Firepit, Hot tub

Our Lakehouse is perfect for families. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 queen rooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

Two Kayaks and Jon boat are included for family fun and/or fishing.
Home located on the back of the cove for privacy, swimming and great fishing. We are 5 minutes to nearest boat ramp. 15 min from Land Between the Lakes, 15 minutes to Barkley Lodge. 1.5 hour drive from Nashville.

Also includes washer and dryer, all kitchen supplies, gas grill, wireless internet, Xbox

Great Lake House

We stayed for two nights this summer and it was a fabulous place to stay. The amenities were great and everyone in our group all said they wanted to return.

Lake Barkley Summer 2025

The house was great it had the perfect amount of space thst everyone could be together or find a quiet area for a little down time. The lake was fantastic and it was a quiet cove. The kids loved the kayaks. It was a great place with everything you needed.

Great Place!

Stayed here with some Army Buddies and our kids as part of our annual trip to Turkey Bay and LBL. Having the Queen sized bed, and room, for each grown up was great. The kids really loved the bunk room - there was a foosball table in there that got put to great use as well. We grilled the first night out on the deck. Unfortunately the weather didn't let us enjoy the firepit or the dock, but the kids loved the hot tub - nothing like a nice soak and some hot chocolate!The place has more room than it looks - we never stepped on each other - the kitchen is more of a "galley-style", so really just enough room for two adults, but it was very well stocked. The decor was really nice and clean - not cluttered at all. This was a great place for our trip and I would imagine during the summer (or nicer weather!) how much fun it would be to have a huge fire down by the water.

Perfect for Large Family

The house was a perfect size for a large extended family: seven adults, one preschooler, one tween, two teenagers. The two living rooms were great for the kids and adults to have space to spread out. The pontoon rental was the highlight and the owners made it easy and quick. And for us, the most important thing - beds were comfortable!

Lovely Lake House

Family Vacation

This home was the perfect fit for our multi-generation summer family vacation! Everything was as described and shown in pictures. Beds were comfy! AC kept up with the heat and humidity. Location is great for getting out on the lake or going to nearby restaurants, groceries or shops. Loved the takeout we got from Greg's Grill on the first night. Swimming in the cove was great and we found other good spots nearby to anchor the pontoon and swim. Would love to come back to this home and area someday.

A great getaway

My group of teacher friends and I loved our stay on the lake. We kayaked, worked a jigsaw puzzle when it rained, and had many wonderful places to gather and visit. Would definitely come back!

Perfect get-away

We had great quality time together! Of course the 4 days flew by. We went to the elk&bison prairie, kids enjoyed it. The trail and Barkley state park. We would do it all again! The home was just as described! Thank you Kelly!

Wonderful Lake Hous

Very spacious with room for privacy up and downstairs. We did not use the boat/kayaks due to weather and low water. The fire pit is great. Nice to have beach towels provided. Up and downstairs porches are terrific. Lots of cookware, although kitchen is small for more than 2-3 folks in there together. Appreciate all the bathroom essentials, condiments, Keurig coffee and hot chocolate, fixings to make S'Mores. You definitely need your GPS to get to the home, and I would not want to attempt the backroads in ice or snow. Easy check in and contact. Terrific view!

Great Place for Families!

We had a wonderful time here! Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging outside and letting our boys fish. The hot tub was great, too! We will definitely be back!

Perfect retreat

We had several couples stay here for a work retreat. It was very nice that everyone had their own spaces. The house is lovely and the location on the lake even better!

Lovely Home in a Lovely Area

This VRBO is a keeper! Kelly is wonderful to work with and very responsive. The home was super clean, very well-stocked and the location - wonderful! We loved being in the cove - very private and just nice! The lake and the surrounding area is gorgeous. We will definitely plan to come back. Thank you Kelly!

Siblings Vacation

4 sibs plus 3 spouses enjoyed a great 3 night family reunion in a wonderful vacation property that had plenty of space for all of us. Screened porch was a great hit. Fishing off dock was good fun. Location near LBL attractions was a major plus. We would go back! 👍😎

Lake getaway

This property was absolutely wonderful. There were 10 of us staying over Thanksgiving, including 4 children and 1 dog. We had plenty of room, kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed. The home was spotless, decorated in a very warm and comfortable way. Felt very at home here. The owner was a delight to work with. Very responsive. Highly recommend this getaway!
