Relax with the whole fam at this peaceful, private, hidden treasure with the most AMAZING panoramic water view in any season of the year. Our lake home is perfect for families or sharing with family friends. Located on private acreage. This home has 5 bedrooms, 1 king, 3 queen, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. 2 family rooms with TV`s, wifi, fire pit, grill, and deck with firepit table. Enjoy 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, lily pad. 2 pets max with paid pet fee. Please inquire. Boat rental upon inquiry.



Our home is newly decorated for a cozy, modern feel and has all basic necessities stocked that you could need. Gas grill available. This property is on the main channel and is not allowed to have a dock but does have water access with slight incline.

Also, pontoon boat available for rent during boating season. Please inquire for details.



Parking available for up to 6 cars.



Pet fee is $100 per pet, with 2 pet max. Please mention with initial booking.

Well-stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset view while relaxing around the fire. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The host was prompt to respond to any questions. Would recommend this property 10/10.

Our stay was wonderful. The home had everything we needed as a group of 11 ladies for our annual trip. The check-in was seamless and communication was excellent. We loved the privacy of the property. The kitchen was well stocked for a large group. We loved the oitdoor living spaces as well.

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. It was stocked nicely and was clean. The view cannot be beat! Highly suggest the pontoon rental! They had kayaks ready to go too! And a perfect fishing spot at the bottom of the hill. The boat was so much fun. Thank you again

Great Lake house

Perfect vacation spot on Lake Barkley for our family getaway. We also rented their boat and had a blast out on the lake.

Lovely home and location

Our family of 9 and 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-appointed home with beautiful views of the lake and many things to do. We also rented their pontoon boat for a couple of days and had a blast! Highly recommend!

Rest and Relaxation

The property is beautiful. Rest and Relaxation. Amenities galore, has everything you could ever want/need. Check in/out was super easy and the host is wonderful. Trust me when I say you could never go wrong in booking this property.

We loved our 4 day stay at this wonderful property. Grandparents, Mother, Dad and 4 sons 12, 11 and 9 plus our small dog. The house was so accommodating and the beds were comfortable. The lake view was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor areas and the boat. It was a great vacation.

Absolutely wonderful!

We LOVED our time spent at this property and will definitely be back! The house was great and the owners super friendly and accommodating. The screened in porch and peaceful atmosphere (no other houses to be seen) were my favorites. Being right on the lake aloud for a lot of fun fishing and paddle boating (even though the water was freezing). Thanks again!

Thanksgiving Family get together

Nice central place for our family to meet together. The weather turned cold and a little windy the week we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the screened in porches much. But we had a great time. We enjoyed watching the barges. We may think about going back when the weather is warmer. Great location! The driveway has a sharpish turn to the right just before the house. In the fall, it was a little hard to see the drive with all the leaves on it. It might be a good idea to put some reflectors along that area.

The perfect place

My husband and I renewed our vows and celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary at this property. It was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. The outdoor space and the view of the lake was perfect. The sleeping accommodations were perfect. The open area in the house allowing all of us to be together was perfect. The secluded location was perfect. The 5 minute drive to the public boat ramp was perfect. From the outside it looks extremely small but as soon as you open up the front door you are welcomed by all the “big” space it has to offer. The owners were personal and definitely approachable. We are already planning our next trip.

Friends Weekend

House was very nice and well stocked. Plenty of room for five couples and kids. The two screened in porches were nice, lots of bugs but I guess that’s what you get when you’re on the lake. The yard isn’t really good for playing and the lake access is not ideal as it’s pretty steep. We went during the heat wave and had to spend most of the time inside in the AC (which was surprisingly good too) but still got to enjoy the amazing views! Check in and communication was super simple too. A little hard to find but worth it.

Great weekend trip

The property was very nice. The 5 bedrooms and two levels were great to spread out when it was time for bed. The screened in porches were a favorite. The upper porch looks over the water and we really enjoyed watching the occasional barge go by. The house is very updated and organized. We used the fire pit in the yard and the “fire table” on the deck and enjoyed both! The house is secluded which we appreciated. The property is steep but this seems common for the area. Overall great time and we would love to rent it again! Kelly was great at answering questions and communicating promptly!

Beautiful home with a view!

We arrived at the house and were immediately impressed with the beautiful decor and view! Plenty of room for our families and two dogs. The boat rental was so much fun and this is when we did most of our swimming. Such a great time! Our only "issue" was swimming accessibility. It was a steep hill with very rocky beach access. Highly recommend water shoes or crocs. My parents (mid 60s) wouldn't even attempt it. We would definitely come back though! Gorgeous property!

Lakeside Serenity

The lake view is what attracted me to this property and it did not disappoint. Very nicely furnished and comfortable, with bedding rivaling any 5 star hotel. My mom said it was the best night's sleep she's had in months. A very short drive to Lake Barkley Resort and Marina, and fairly short drive to groceries and a few restaurants. Just beware that the entire area is a little sketchy on cell service. Most of us had T Mobile, and the iphone users could text with wifi but not make calls. My mom has ATT and could make some calls from the area. Despite that, questions and inquiries were answered promptly through texts with the owner. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect family reunion spot

Our group of 10 came from Nashville, Louisville, Evansville and Indianapolis and loved this place! It's one of the top 3 spots I've ever rented. Even though the weather turned rainy, we were able to use the firepit one night and we loved the screen porch with blankets and space heaters. We'd love to come back in the summer!

Beautiful home and property with disappointing water access

The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked, clean, and spacious. The wooded property is gorgeous and peaceful with beautiful views of the the river. For a girls weekend, we were hoping for easier water access. There's no easy path to get down to the water, no dock, and there is steady boat traffic which made it less conducive for swimming or floating. Would recommend renting the boat for water access.

Lake house getaway

The lake house was beautifully decorated and a great place to enjoy nature. We loved birdwatching from the screened porch. We wished there was a dock to fish from, the path to the water was too steep and rocky for the seniors in our group. The coded key box was a little tricky to open, but we figured it out!
