On the main level, you’ll find the impressive master bedroom—an expansive sanctuary featuring stunning views and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking bathtub.

Descending to the lower level, you’ll pass a striking natural rock face integrated into the villa’s design, leading to three additional spacious bedrooms. Each room offers its own en-suite bathroom and beautiful sea views, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Villa Cholchalee goes far beyond the expected. Across from the parking area, an outdoor staircase leads to a private massage room—perfect for in-villa spa treatments—as well as a dedicated cinema room with seating for up to 8 guests. One level below, you’ll discover a fully equipped gym, a games room, and a cozy reading and relaxation nook. To make your stay effortless, the villa includes a live-in couple who will prepare daily breakfast, handle housekeeping, and can arrange additional meals upon request—allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your time in paradise.

Please note: Villa Cholchalee’s spectacular hilltop setting is what gives it such extraordinary views. As a result, access involves a relatively steep road, and we recommend using an SUV or 4x4 vehicle for a more comfortable drive.

Terms & Security Deposit:
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a standard security measure for the villa owner, a fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival
• Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable
