Guest Access & Property Layout

Boonara Studio is located within the grounds of Boonara House. While the buildings share outdoor areas and driveway access, the property is never split between separate booking groups. When you book the Studio, the main house will remain unoccupied, ensuring private use of the grounds during your stay.

By completing this reservation, you agree to complete our guest verification process prior to check-in. This includes signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card.

A security bond of $500 will be held 7 days prior to arrival and released following your stay, provided no damage or breaches of house rules occur.
