The home features four spacious bedrooms, each with access to a balcony, creating peaceful retreats filled with natural light. Two luxurious master suites include walk-in wardrobes and private ensuites, while three of the home's bathrooms feature underfloor heating for added comfort year-round.
At the heart of the home, the open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly to a covered outdoor entertaining space. A large hooded BBQ, outdoor lounge, built-in fireplace and bar fridge create the perfect setting for relaxed afternoons and evening gatherings.
The gourmet kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for entertaining, featuring dual ovens, an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and a Zip Tap providing instant hot, cold and sparkling filtered water. Guests will also enjoy a full-size double-door fridge/freezer, wine fridge, drawer fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet, sandwich press, and air fryer, as well as quality cookware, crockery and accessories.
Outside, the north-facing backyard has been designed as a private sanctuary. The swimming pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens, while a separate poolside cabana and covered entertaining area with its own bathroom provide additional space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. There is also sun lounges and an outdoor shower.
The main living area downstairs has a large-screen TV with soundbar with a second living area upstairs offering a separate retreat, complete with another large-screen television ensuring the home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.
For those combining work and leisure, the home provides excellent Wi-Fi connectivity and comfortable spaces to work remotely when required.
