Position yourself at Paia — a large, elevated four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with breathtaking 280-degree views, just a 10-minute walk from Tallow Beach in Byron Bay. Designed with a classic indoor–outdoor flow, the property features expansive decks, a stunning sundeck with panoramic views, and the ability to open the entire home to cooling sea breezes.
Please note: the pool is spa-sized.

Relax in the multiple living, dining, and cooking spaces, or stay entertained whatever the weather with the additional game and TV rooms. Enjoy sunset from the top outdoor deck, taking in the breakers at Broken Head and sweeping views across the Byron hinterland to Mt Warning and the Border Ranges.
The house spans three levels.
Ground level: a separate studio and playroom with tennis and soccer tables.
Main level: a spacious living room, TV lounge, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living area is air-conditioned. All rooms open to a large outdoor deck with lush, elevated views.
Top level: a TV lounge with access to a spectacular upper deck.
The chef’s kitchen is a dream, featuring a gas cooktop, ZIP tap (boiling, chilled, and sparkling water), and a wine fridge.
The kitchen and bathrooms feature Turco Argento limestone with micro-cement finishes and brass tapware.
The dining table — designed by Matt, the artisan behind MOKU, using reclaimed hardwood and lovingly treated — is a centrepiece of the home.

The house is just moments from the National Park, offering scenic walking tracks to Tallow Beach, where you’ll reach the sand in under 10 minutes. Clarkes Beach, Wategos, and Byron town centre are only a short drive away.
Paia sits close to everything, yet feels like a peaceful elevated oasis far from the crowds.
Inside, the home showcases simple, uncluttered interiors with clean lines and natural textures. Beautifully polished Australian Spotted Gum floors, hardwood beams and posts, and a mix of lofted and flat ceilings create a striking architectural feel. Thoughtful solar design principles — including shaded glazing, highlight windows for cross-ventilation, high-tech insulation, and optimal orientation — ensure comfort year-round.
