Enjoy largely uninterrupted Whitsunday views from your protected outdoor balcony which features a BBQ, sun lounges and outdoor seating for six people. It's the perfect place to watch the sun setting over the turquoise water.

Location.
Conveniently located on the marina side of the island, you're just a short walk or buggy ride to all of the island's key attractions.

Rooms.
There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms in this split level apartment - all located on the lower level, away from the living and dining areas. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen.

Family-friendly.
With its open-plan living area, and access to the Shorelines pool, this apartment is ideal for couples or families.

Kitchen.
A fully-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze.

Pool.
As a guest of Shorelines you have access to the shared pool, which overlooks the Whitsundays.

Comfort.
This apartment offers all of the features you need for a relaxing holiday, including air-conditioning, a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.

Where and how to collect your buggy
A 4-seater buggy is included with every Hamilton Island Holiday Home.

You can collect your buggy at the airport on arrival. You will be given an overview of the rules and regulations, and demonstration of the relevant safety issues. A condition report will also be performed. You will then need to sign a registration form and provide a credit card for security (with a nominal charge of $1) before you get the key. All buggies require drivers to have a current full driver’s licence. Don’t forget to ask about insurance options. Passengers four years of age and under are required to be restrained in an approved child seat or capsule, extra charge applies.
As a guest of this property of Hamilton Island Holiday Homes, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. If you are arriving prior to 2pm, we suggest packing a change of clothes/bathers in your hand luggage so that you can start your holiday straight away.
