Beautiful Views Backing onto Knox Mountain

We are ideally located in an executive area overlooking downtown Kelowna. It is a cozy walk out level suite, modern and clean with extra touches to make you feel at home. It backs onto Knox Mountain Park which is excellent for hiking to spectacular city views.

We are located above Kelowna's brewery district, and 5/10 minutes to the heart of downtown Kelowna restaurants and beaches and 45 minutes to Big White. This home is deal for exploring all Kelowna has to offer.

The space
Your home away from home while you explore the beautiful Okanagan!

Everything has been carefully selected to make this a cozy, relaxing place to retreat after a day of adventuring.

The space is equipped with a kitchenette style island and a table and chairs (including a fridge, stove & anything else you may need!), board games, smart tv, and library. If you require additional storage for mountain bikes, paddle boards, skis/snowboards, etc. please let us know and we may be able to accommodate.

Walking to the heart of downtown will take you about 25 minutes (5 minute drive) - there are scooters to rent scattered throughout downtown Kelowna and a bike rental shop downtown as well. (Please note we do live on a hill overlooking downtown - hence the view - so that should factored in if you consider walking home!)

Outdoor Area: There is a separate/patio space, please note it is not completely private as it backs onto our yard/garden.

Guest access
Private front and back door entrance. Garage Parking for one vehicle with access to suite.

Other things to note
This is a private separate suite that is in the lower level of a home with a professional couple living upstairs - who love to travel & enjoy the outdoors.

The home has fire and sound rated construction between the floors, but you may hear the occasional noises.

Quiet time is after 11:00 pm.
